baea0a79d5 Bug 7976: Remove the borrow permission
The borrow permission was used but uselessly.
For instance, at the opac, the flagsrequired parameter was set to
'borrow' but the 'authnotrequired' was set also (which means no auth
required).
At the end, this permission was used at only 1 place: for the basket,
intranet side.
This can be replaced with the catalogue permission (which is used to
search).

Test plan:
1/ Confirm that you are able to show/download/sent the cart (intranet side)
with the catalogue permission.
2/ At the OPAC, you should be able to access the same pages as before
with any other permissions.

Concretely it is quite difficult to test this patch, you should have a
look at the code.

1651cf70d1 Bug 5010: Fix OPACBaseURL to include protocol
First, it is strongly recommended to set the OPACBaseURL. But
this patch allows the inclusion of the protocol and not just
a site.

Next, C4/Auth now puts OPACBaseURL into the template parameters
regardless of OPAC or Staff clients. t/db_dependent/Auth.t was
tweaked to add a check for confirming that get_template_and_user
adds OPACBaseURL to both OPAC and Staff templates.

In the staff client, once the OPACBaseURL is set, you get a nice
OPAC View link when viewing a biblio's detail. It should reflect
the protocol used now.

Hard coded 'http://' strings were removed from the
sample_notices.sql files. This is what required also updating
the letters table in the updatedatabase.pl script.

The explanation text in the sysprefs.sql needed updating too to
reflect the inclusion of the protocol. And this was the other
update done in the updatedatabase.pl script. The opac.pref file
was similarly changed as well.

catalogue/detail.pl had no need to pass a custom OpacUrl value,
since C4/Auth passes the required OPACBaseURL, so it and the
corresponding template were modified.

Both the MARC21 and NORMARC intranet details files had 'http://'
hard coded in them. This was removed.

Both the bootstrap and prog theme opac-detail template had a
protocol parameter that was used. The logic for the parameter
was not removed, because it is used extensively in one template.
Perhaps it should be used to simplify the other. However, the
calculated current_url parameter had references to the protocol
removed, because of the changes to OPACBaseURL.

opac/opac-shareshelf.pl had a hard coded 'http://' which was
removed.

t/db_dependent/Auth_with_cas.t had 'http://' added to the value
set for OPACBaseURL.

In virtualshelves/sendshelf.pl explicit code which sent the
OPACBaseURL preference was removed, since C4/Auth sends it all
the time now.

C4::Context::set_preference was tweaked to ensure that
OPACBaseURL would always start with http.
t/db_dependent/Context.t was tweaked to specifically test this.

The Shibboleth authentication needs OPACBaseURL set, and that
it be https protocol. The _get_uri routine was tweaked to always
pass back https:// as the protocol on the OPACBaseURL.
t/Auth_with_shibboleth.t was tweaked to specifically test the
changes.

TEST PLAN
---------
This is not an easy patch to test. Difficulties include:
- configuring Koha to run under https
(tweaking apache2 isn't so hard, just tricky)
- configuring Koha to run OPAC and Staff with Plak
(since code with comments about plak were sliced out)
- configuring Koha to use CAS
(may be requires for the CAS test)

 1) Apply patch
 2) Make sure OPACBaseURL is set without the protocol included.

UPDATEDATABASE
 3) back up your DB
 4) ./installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl
-- It should run without errors.
 5) Look up the OPACBaseURL system preference in the staff
    client
-- It should have http:// prepended.
 6) Run the mysqlclient from your koha git directory
      USE koha_library;
      SELECT content FROM letter WHERE content LIKE "%<<OPACBaseURL>>%";
-- There should be no prepended http:// on the
       <<OPACBaseURL>>.
 7) restore your DB
 8) Make sure OPACBaseURL is set with the protocol included,
    preferably https.
-- Using https requires a bunch of apache2 tweaks.

AUTH
 9) Call up staff client.
10) Call up OPAC.
    -- C4/Auth.pm doesn't barf.
11) Call up Plack staff client
12) Call up Plack OPAC.
    -- C4/Auth.pm doesn't barf.
13) prove -v t/db_dependent/Auth.t

CONTEXT
14) Home -> Koha administration -> Global System Preferences
         -> OPAC
15) Modify and save OPACBaseURL to not have http:// or https://
    on it.
-- It should be modified to include http://
16) Modify and save another system preference.
    -- It should save normally
17) prove -v t/db_dependent/Context.t

CATALOGUE/DETAIL (tt & pl)
18) Confirm the OPACBaseURL is set
19) Navigate to any biblio details in the staff client
-- There should be a "OPAC view" link which has the
correct http:// or https:// in it.

SQL (sample notices and sysprefs)
20) Run the mysqlclient from your koha git directory
      USE koha_library;
      DELETE FROM letter;
      source installer/data/mysql/de-DE/mandatory/sample_notices.sql;
      SELECT content FROM letter WHERE content LIKE "%<<OPACBaseURL>>%";

b73fea8aaa Bug 12298: The "feed" MTT does not seem to be used and can be removed
The feed message transport type exists but nobody knows how it can be
used. This patch assumes nobody uses it and removes it.

Before removing the entry in the DB, the updatedb entry will check if no
foreign key exists in order to avoid a delete in cascade.

This path does *not* deletes the occurrences in the templates.

Test plan:
Apply this patch, execute the updatedb script and verify the
message_transport_types table does not contain the 'feed' entry if it was not
in use.

4310e83434 Bug 7673 [Terminology follow-up] New patron permissions to manage items
This bug adds a new preference, "SubfieldsToAllowForRestrictedEdition,"
but the use of the term "Edition" in this context is incorrect. I think
it would be more clear to change the preference name to
"SubfieldsToAllowForRestrictedEditing." This patch makes this change.

I realize this isn't a big issue since the preference has a good
description, but I thought that if we were going to make this as clear
as possible now would be the time to do it.

To test, start with a database which hasn't previously been used to test
Bug 7673. Apply all patches and run the database update. Follow the test
plan as described in the bug.

1e68a58b23 Bug 12403 [Follow-up] Batch record deletion
This follow-up makes several changes to language and markup with one
change in behavior:

- Updated permission description to avoid the use of the term "biblio"
- Updated batch delete template to avoid the use of the term
  "biblio" and to improve clarity.
- Replaced instances of terms "issue" and "reserve" with "checkout" and
  "hold" respectively.
- On bibliographic record batch delete, wrap biblionumber in <label>.
- On bibliographic record batch delete, show subtitle via Keywords to
  MARC mapping.
- On bibliographic record batch delete, respect BiblioDefaultView system
  preference.
- In the staff client cart, move batch delete link from "Action" menu
to text link below (alongside "add to list" and "place hold"). The
buttons are actions which affect the whole Cart. The links are actions
which can be applied to selected items. I think this change makes it
more consistent with the kind of operation being performed.

To test:

- Submit a batch of bibliographic records and confirm that the
list of titles shows subtitle data as defined in Keywords to MARC
mapping. Confirm also that the title links respect your
  BiblioDefaultView system preference.

- Perform a catalog search, select several titles, and add them to the
Cart. Open the Cart and test the "Batch delete" link with and without
titles selected. Test as a user who lacks batch biblio delete
permission and confirm that the link does not appear.

I love the rewording, we always translated 'biblio' as 'bibliographic record',
it makes a lot of sense.

correctly, link respect preference, user without permission cant acces the
tool or links.

Adds German descriptions as requested by katrin.

Passes QA script and all tests.
Tested with various permission combinations:
- superlibrarian
- updatecharges (full permission)
- only 'remaining permissions for updating charges'
It works as expected.

Note: I think we need a follow up to include the
'Forgive overdue charges' checkbox on the check in page
in the new permission.

2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Remove the 'writeoff' permission from your privileges
4) Attempt to write off a fee, you should not be able to

d45c9a673b Bug 10863: Add 2 circulation permissions: force_checkout and lift_restriction
This patch adds 2 circulation permissions: force_checkout and
lift_restriction.

During upgrade, these two permission are added to existing staff
users that already have the base circulate permission.

force_checkout allows a librarian to force a checkout if a limitation
occurred.

lift_restriction allows a librarian to lift a restriction for a patron.

Test plan:
1/ Find a debarred patron and go on the checkout page. The "Lift
restriction" button should be present only if the logged librarian has
the lift_restriction permission.
2/ If the force_checkout permission is set, a librarian should be
allowed to check out in several cases:
- age restriction
- the item is issued to another patron
- the item is not for loan
- the patron has overdue items
- the item is lost
- the item is a high demand item
- the item is reserved
- another case ?

Bug 10863: Follow-up: Adding missing permissions to translated files

This patch adds the 2 new permissions to all remaining sample files.
If the permissions don't get installed, the problem is bigger than
having an English description.

Also adds back the question "Check out anyway?" for high demand items (HIGHHOLDS).

Test xt/permissions.t passes now.

Bug 10863: Rename lift_restriction with manage_restrictions

The pref manage_restrictions now takes into account "Lost card" and
"Gone no address" restrictions.

Test plan:
- log in with a user with manage_restrictions permission
- verify you can set/unset restrictions when editing a patron
- log in with a user without manage_restrictions permission
- verify you cannot set/unset restrictions when editing a patron

e5fe771cc9 Bug 10138: Add some authorized values in French installer; small fixes in frameworks
This patch adds some categories of values in French installer :

- SUGGEST
- OPAC_SUG
- REPORT_GROUP
- LOST
- DAMAGED

SUGGEST and OPAC_SUG are used by Suggestions module.
REPORT_GROUP is used by Reports module.

It also adds a new status for "ETAT" (en commande)

It creates a 995$2 subfield in french frameworks when it did not exist.
It links existing 995$2 subfield with LOST category.

It cleans up the list of authorised values installed with "Lecture
publique" framework :

- some codes are moved in general 1-Obligatoire/authorised_values.sql
  (SUGGEST, REPORT_GROUP)
- some are suppressed, because they are also defined in
  1-Obligatoire/authorised_values.sql (langue, COUNTRY, statut)
- the code for inserting the ones left is changed (I suppress the `id`
  column)

To test :
1. Take a fresh new Koha
2. Install Koha choosing French installer and UNIMARC Lecture publique
3. Check the authorised values are imported
4. Check the cataloguing frameworks are usable :
especially 995 $2 field, which must be mapped with LOST values :
Perdu, Long retard, Perdu et remboursé, Introuvable
you can also check 101$a (language codes), 102$a (country codes)
5. In OPAC, make a suggestion. See if you can select a cause for your
suggestion ("Bestseller" or "'L'exemplaire en rayon est endommagé")
6. In staff interface, manage some suggestions. See if you can select a
cause for rejection or acceptation ("Bestseller", "Budget
   insuffisant" etc)
7. In reports, see if you can sort reports according to values of
   REPORT_GROUP ("Circulation", "Catalogue", "Adhérents" etc)

54616c37e2 Bug 7295: More granular permissions for baskets
- Add branch info to baskets
- Add a list of borrowers that are allowed to manage a basket (one list
for each basket).
- Add a new subpermission: acquisition => order_manage_all

If user is superlibrarian, or if that user has permission acquisition = 1
(GranularPermissions = OFF), or subpermission acquisition =>
order_manage_all (GranularPermissions = ON), that user is authorised to manage
all baskets.

Depending on syspref AcqViewBaskets:
'all': user can manage all baskets
'branch': user can manage baskets of their branch (the basket branch is
taken into account, not the branch of the basket's creator).
If basket branch is not defined, all users can manage this
            basket.
'user': user can manage baskets she created, and baskets in their
          user list

There are unit tests in t/Acquisition/CanUserManageBasket.t, which
require Test::MockModule

You can edit basket's branch and users list in basket modification page

In the serial module, we want to hide serials from others libraries.
However, to permit central serials manage, this patch introduces a

that person can override the restriction.

be869ab279 Bug 8215 - Course Reserves
Adds a course reserves system for academic libraries.

The course reserves system allows libraries to create courses
and put items on reserves for those courses.

Each item with at least one reserve can have some of its attributes
modified while it is on reserve for at least one active course.
These attributes include item type, collection code, shelving location,
and holding library. If there are no active courses with this item
on reserve, it's attributes will revert to the original attributes
it had before going on reserve.

Test Plan:
  1) Create new authorised value categories DEPARTMENT and TERM
  2) Create a new course, add instructors to that course.
  3) Reserve items for that course, verify item attributes have changed.
  4) Disable course, verify item attributes have reverted.
  5) Enable course again, verify item attributes again.
  6) Delete course, verify item attributes again.
  7) Create two new courses, add the same item(s) to both courses.
  8) Disable one course, verify item attributes have not reverted.
  9) Disable both courses, verify item attributes have reverted.
 10) Enable one course, verify item attributes are again set to the
     new values.
 11) Edit reserve item attributes, verify.
 12) Disable all courses, edit reserve item attributes, verify
the item itself still has its original attributes, verify
the reserve item attributes have been updated.
 13) Verify the ability to remove instructors from a course.
 14) Verify new permissions, top level coursereserves, with
     subpermissions add_reserves and delete_reserves.

5959154bc1 Bug 9831: Correct and add authorised values un French UNIMARC installer
2d version, Correcting a typo

In French UNIMARC mandatory installer, some authorised values for languages, countries and unimarc function codes are wrong.
A lot of unimarc function codes and language codes are missing.
Reference for country codes is ISO 3166-1 standard
Reference for language codes is ISO 632-2 standard
Reference for Unimarc function codes are Unimarc Manual (french version online in BNF website and ABES website)

This patch correct wrong values and add new ones.
For the moment I keep some wrong codes, because they may be used by some librairies :
- language codes deu, lan, mla, sam
- function codes 571, 573, 574, 575

To test :
1) take a fresh new koha
2) apply patch
3) install Koha, choosing French UNIMARC settings
4) look if values are OK in authorised values and if you can use them in cataloguing module
