Bug 24456: change default sort orders/make wording clearer
TEST PLAN:
1. Apply patch
2. Have some checkout from today and some from multiple previous days.
3. Set todaysIssuesDefaultSortOrder & previousIssuesDefaultSortOrder to 'earliest to latest' and confirm it sorts correctly.
4. Reverse the 2 system preferences and see that it is now sorting the opposite way.
5. Also look at the wording of each system prefence and make sure it makes sense

Bug 17845: Remove unused code related to printers
There is some quite old and unused code in Koha related
to printer configuration and network printing. These code
hasn't been functional in a long time and should be removed.

This patch:

- Removes printcirculationslips system preference
- Removes table printers
- Removes branchprinter column from branches

Check that:
- Go to administration
- Open any age there, but change the last bit to: printers.pl
- Apply patch, run the database update
- Verify the hidden page no longer exists
- Verify that logging in and out still works correctly
- Verify that checkout and returns work correctly
- Switch to another branch using the "Set library" option

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Add renewal feedback and move code to subroutines and test
Rebasing was a nightmare, so I'm squashing the sign off follow-ups to
ease the pain with any future rebases

Includes:

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Refactor renewal code
As per Nick's first point in comment #20, the code that tests for
renewability and renews items has been refactored into it's own
function.

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Provide feedback
For renewals that fail when a fine is being paid off, this patch causes
any errors to be passed back to the template for display.
Addresses the second point in Nick's comment #20

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Fix unit tests
As raised by Nick in comment #35

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Fix/improve feedback
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- it would be nice to get feedback on what was successfully renewed as well
- In general I think I would prefer to see 'ok' and 'not_ok' returned as
a single 'renewal_results' array
- There is no listing of errors if I use the 'pay' button on an
individual fine

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Refactor methods
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- I don't really like that the functions are internal functions and then
exported
- I think the pref description should highlight that if 'RenewalPeriodBase'
is set to due date, there may be doubled charges

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Add SIP summary
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- Ideally SIP would get feedback in a screen message

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Renewing in OPAC
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- I am also not sure about the code path if a patron paid fines on the
opac (via paypal etc.) but renewals are not allowed on the opac.

We've introduced the syspref RenewAccruingItemInOpac (default is off)
which, when enabled, will cause items attached to fines that are paid
off in the OPAC (via payment plugins), to be automatically renewed.

Bug 24735: Remove QueryParser-related code
At the last development meeting we have voted to remove the
QueryParser-related code
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Development_IRC_meeting_19_February_2020

Hea tells us that it has not been adopted, and the code/bug tracker that
it is not really usable as it. As nobody is willing to work on it, we
decided to remove it instead.

Test plan:

See commits from bug 9239 and confirm that the code is removed in this
patch.

Bug 24193: Add CodeMirror linting of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and YAML
system preferences

This patch adds CodeMirror plugins for linting JS, CSS, HTML, and YAML.
When invalid data is entered in a linted CodeMirror editor an icon is
displayed in the editor's "gutter." Hovering over the icon displays the
error message.

This patch renames the minified CodeMirror JS file to match convention
but the version is unchanged.

To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> System preferences.

Test preferences of each type and confirm that each type of CodeMirror
editor shows an error indicator if you entry invalid data. Valid data
should trigger no error indicator.

 - HTML: e.g. OpacMainUserBlock, opacheader. Enter invalid HTML, for
   example "<h1>Hello <h2>World</h2>."
   Example valid HTML: "<h1>Hello world</h1>"
 - JavaScript: e.g. OpacUserJS, IntranetUserJS. Example bad JS,
   "alert("Success!');"
   Example valid JS: "alert("Success!");"
 - CSS: e.g. IntranetUserCSS, SCOUserCSS. Example bad CSS,
   "p { color blue }"
Example valid CSS, "p { color: blue; }"
 - YAML: e.g. OpacHiddenItems. Example bad YAML:
   "one: two, three: four"
   Example valid YAML:
   "one: two
    three: four"

Also test that other CodeMirror instances still work correctly without
linting: The advanced MARC editor, SQL reports editing.

Bug 17016: Button to clear all fields in budget planning
Currently there is no way to undo the 'auto-fill'. This
patch adds a 'clear' option that resets the row.

To test:
1) Go to Admin --> Budgets
2) Click a budget
3) Click Planning -> any option
4) Test the Auto-fill button to see what it does
5) Apply patch and refresh page
6) Should now be a Clear button
7) Auto-fill the row then click Clear button. Confirm it clears all
fields and sets the fund remaining back to the original amount and
styles.
8) Add another fund and confirm that this still works with multiple
funds.

Bug 24747: Corrects on-screen instructions in branch transfer limits
To test:
1- go to cgi-bin/koha/admin/branch_transfer_limits.pl
2- see wording "Check the boxes for the libraries you accept to checkin items from"
3- apply patch

7- Find a book from Branch B
8- On the intranet, successfully place hold on item for patron for pickup at branch A
9- Cancel hold
10- Log into opac as patron
11- Successfully place hold on item for pickup at Branch A
12- Cancel hold
13- In Branch Transfer Limits, set dropdown to Branch A, select itemtype Book, ENABLE all transfers so Branch A DOES accept books from any other branch
14- In Branch Transfer Limits, set dropdown to Branch B, select itemtype Book, disable all transfers so Branch B does not accept books from any other branch

Bug 22880: Convert opacheader system preference to news block
This patch builds on Bug 22318 to move the opacheader system preference
into the Koha news system, making it possible to have language- and
library-specific content.

It extends the original patch by adding an option to the template plugin
specifying whether the content title should be shown (probably should be
a flag in opac_news). It also adds a wrapper div with the content
location as the ID (e.g. 'opacheader'). This will make it slightly more
backwards-compatible with CSS customizations.

To test you should have some content in the opacheader system
preference. Apply the patch and run the database update process.

 - Go to the OPAC and confirm that the content which was previously in
the opacheader system preference now displays correctly where it was
   before.
 - In the staff client, go to Tools -> News and verify that the content
from opacheader is now stored in a news item with the location
   'opacheader_en.'
 - Go to Administration -> System preferences and confirm that the
   opacheader preference has been removed.

Bug 24291: Update the item type form text for library limitation field
Bug 15497 introduced the ability to limit item types by library.
However, the text next to the 'Library limitation' selection field on
the item type form mentions authorized values and is confusing.

The current text reads: "Select 'All libraries' if this authorized value
must be displayed all the time. Otherwise select libraries you want to
associate with this value."

This patch updates the text on the item type add or edit form for the
'Library limitation' field to something more understandable.

To test:
1) Apply the patch
2) Go to Administration > Basic parameters > Item types
3) Click 'Edit' for any item type
4) The text next to the 'Library limitation' field should now show
"Select 'All libraries' if all libraries use this item type. Otherwise,
select the specific libraries that use this item type."

Bug 17702: Add UI to manage account credit types
It is the same as for debit types.

It adds a new column `archived` in table `account_credit_types` that has
the same purpose than `account_debit_types.archived`

Test plan:
0. Apply patch && run updatedatabase && update_dbix_class_files
1. Go to Admin » Credit types
2. Add a new credit type, give it a code and a description and check
   'Can be manually added'
3. Go to a patron's accounting section, 'Create manual credit' tab
4. Verify that the new credit type appears
5. Return to Admin » Credit types and archive the credit type
6. Verify that the new credit type is not available anymore in 'Create
   manual credit'
7. Restore the credit type and verify that it is available again
8. Create a manual credit with the new credit type
9. Go to Reports » Cash register and make sure you can find the
transaction by filtering on transaction type
10. Edit the new credit type and set some library limitations, make sure
that the credit type doesn't appear if you're connected to a library
you didn't selected, and that it appears if you're connected to a
    library you selected.

Note to QA team:
The change in Koha/Account.pm, I added it because otherwise Koha died
when adding a manual credit with a custom type.
In that case, offset type will default to 'Manual Credit'. I'm not sure
if that is the best thing to do. I'm open to suggestions :)

This is an interface for quick and efficient browsing through records.

It presents a page at /cgi-bin/koha/opac-browse.pl that allows you to

In the old patches, the attributes were applied to individual query parts if the part already contains "@attr" and the additionnal attribute is not already in the query part.

Here, the content of the new field is prepended to all PQF queries sent to the server.

This new way of doing is simpler and works for the sponsor.

Test plan:
 I) Apply the patch
II) Run updatedatabase.pl

1) Add a new z3950 server with the following parameters:
Hostname : catalogue.banq.qc.ca
Port : 210
Database : IRIS
Syntax : Marc21

2) Perform a z3950 search on that server.
    Keyword (Any) : egypt
2.1) Nothing Found.

3) Add attributes on the server administration page
    @attr 4=1

4) Perform the same z3950 search
4.1) A lot of results

Bug 24669: Show "Unlimited" values correctly in smart-rules.pl
The rules "Holds allowed (total)", "Holds allowed (daily)", "Holds per
record (count)" were not set empty when in rule editing. Also, the
text "Unlimited" was not shown for rule "Holds per record (count)"
even though it should have been since empty value means unlimited
holds per record.

To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Edit the rules "Holds allowed (total)", "Holds allowed (daily)", "Holds per
record (count)" to be empty and save
3. Make sure all of the above rules now say Unlimited
4. Edit the rules again and make sure the above rules are now in the
rule editing empty.

Bug 24619: Phase out jquery.cookie.js: MARC Frameworks
This patch removes the use of the jquery.cookie plugin on the MARC
Frameworks page and replaces it with a call to the new js-cookie
library.

To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> MARC
bibliographic frameworks.

 - Choose the 'MARC structure' menu item for one of the frameworks
   listed.
 - On the page which lists the tags in the framework, check the box
labeled "Display only used tags/subfields." The page should reload.
 - The checkbox should remain checked and the list of tags should now
   show only used tags.
 - Uncheck the checkbox and the page should reload again.

You can also follow the changes to the cookie using the browser's
developer console. Look for a cookie named
'marctagstructure_selectdisplay' and confirm that the value flips from 0
to 1 and back.

Bug 21674: Prevent to insert twice the same library in a group
When you create hierarchical groups of libraries you are not allowed to add
several times the same library to a given group/subgroup. The libraries
that are part of the group is not displayed on the interface, to prevent
the user to select it.

However this restriction is only done template-side, the controller and
module does not handle it.

To prevent that this patchset enforces the constraint at DB level, and
display a message to the end user.

Test plan:
- Go to Home › Administration › Library groups
- Add a group
- Add a library
- reload the page several times
=> Without this patch the same library appears several times in the group
=> With this patch applied you will see a friendly error message
