I believe where we're allowing a user to set a new password instead of
using autocomplete="off" we should be hinting to the brownser that it's
a new password box with autocompelte="new-password".
I also correct a couple of missing instances.. Honestly, I'm not sure
how much this helps these days as most browsers offer to save passwords
regardless.

This patch updates several administration templates so that they
use the new WRAPPER for displaying breadcrumbs.
To test, apply the patch and test each page and its variations.
Breadcrumbs should look correct, and each link should be correct.
Administration ->
- Search engine configuration (Elasticsearch)
- Share content with Mana KB
- Circulation and fine rules
- SMS cellular providers (SMSSendDriver preference must be set)
- System preferences -> Local use (list, add, edit, confirm delete)
- Library transfer limits (Advanced editor)
- Transport cost matrix
- Usage statistics
- Z39.50/SRU servers administration (list, add, edit, both Z39.50 and
SRU servers)

Bug 22343 adds the ability to defined SMTP servers via the UI; But to then utilise them you have to go to each individual library via the libraries admin area and select the SMTP server.
We should have a way to override the fallback/default SMTP server right from the SMTP servers administration page.. setting one of our defined SMTP Servers as the system default rather than using the hard coded fallback options.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch set
2) Restart all the things!
3) Browser to the SMTP servers editor,
verify only one server can be set as the default server
4) Set a default server, verify that server was used to send email from
a cronjob, AND/OR prove t/db_dependent/Koha/SMTP/Server.t

This patch makes changes the button markup in Administration templates
so that all submit buttons and any buttons that should should be styled
as primary buttons have the Bootstrap class "btn btn-primary."
To test, apply the patch and view pages in Administration to confirm
that everything looks correct. In most cases there are no visible
changes.

Our calls to instantiate a kohaTable from JS were inconsistent in how
they pass table_settings where no table_settings exist.
This patch replaces empty arrays and empty hashrefs with a consistent
'null' being passed to ake it clear we don't have any settings to pass
yet.

And a few minor fixes when they where causing issues for
translatability.
And rephrased a string about password reset to have it identical to
other strings with the same meaning.
Simplified via wrapping strings with <span> to split to huge
concatenated strings with a lot of %s everywhere.
== Test plan ==
This patch needs mainly proof reading. Still it's possible to do some
basic testing to demonstrate that adding a <span> in an IF doesn't
break anything.
Pick in one of the 110 modified templates a string that you know how to
display. Otherwise:
1. acquisitions => vendor => basket => add to basket =>
search "from existing record" => add order
2. Cancel the order
3. You see without issue "Bibliographic record will not be deleted"
4. administration => Patron categories
5. Try to delete a used and unused category
6. You see as expected
Category XXXX is in use. Deletion not possible!
and
Confirm deletion of category XXXX

Changed each of the pages in the admin folder to have one <h1> tag
showing that describes the page, rather than the <h1> describing the
logo.
The hierarchy of heading tags may be broken in many pages, but this
will be dealt with in an additional bug.
To test:
1) Go to the Staff Client
2) Apply patch
3) Go to each of the pages in the admin folder and check that they have
an obvious and descriptive heading
4) Ensure that the heading in the page is <h1>

Swapped the order of the page titles to have the unique information
first, i.e. the name of the specific page displays first, and the name of the website (e.g. Koha) displays at the end.
To test:

2) Ensure each of the files in the admin folder are swapped around to display the most unique information first, and the website name is at the end
3) Ensure the pages displayed on the Staff Client that correspond to these files also display the changes

Modified breadcrumbs to be accessible, in particular for a

6) Ensure that the breadcrumbs on each page of the staff client
belonging to these files look the same as before, but the '>' symbol

This patch add the noExport class to all "Actions" columns in the

It's a stupid search and replace, maybe the class is added to table
where there is no export button.

"Actions" columns is not exported.

Found on bug 27251 which was mimicking SMTP server code for QOTD.
To recreate:
Create a SMTP server with name "a"
Create a SMTP server with name "aa"
Filter by "aa"
=> Only 1 row displayed
Delete it, confirm
=> The table disappears
Note that we could re-add this test when bug 27353 will be pushed, as
recordsTotal will contain the unfiltered number of records in the DB.

There is a design issue on the click event listener that makes the modal
get added new event listeners on each row being deleted. This makes the
page call all the event listeners and generates an error.
This patch replaces the flawed logic (adding the event listener inside
the event listener). It makes the event listener be defined at startup
time, and make the .on('click') action just pass information around as
required.
To test:
1. Create at least 2 SMTP servers
2. Open the browser inspector, on the network tab
3. Click "Delete" for server 1
=> SUCCESS: You get a successful message (OK)
4. Click "Delete" for server 2
=> SUCCESS: You get a successful message (OK)
=> FAIL: You get also an alert message about server 1 (KO)
=> FAIL: The inspector shows more than one AJAX call has been made
5. Apply this patch and reload the page
6. Repeat 3-4
=> SUCCESS: Everything goes smooth this time
