This patch finds places in the updated breadcrumbs markup where a
translatable string is isolated in a way that makes it hard for the
translation script to find it, and wraps these strings with <span>
This follow-up includes a change to admin/cities.tt as well.

In most places we already link the basket group name to the
basket group page, but not on the basket summary page.
To test:
* Create a basket/order with some order lines
* Close the basket and check the checkbox for creating a basket group
* Go back to the basket/order page
* There will be a link 'Manage basket group', but the basket group name
is only text
* Apply patch
* Reload the page, the basket group name should now be linked

To reproduce:
1. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/admin/columns_settings.pl
2. In the section Acquisition > Basket > Orders uncheck all checkboxes in the table settings
3. Go to a separate browser window to /cgi-bin/koha/acqui/booksellers.pl and open/create a new basket and add one book to it so the basket table will have rows in the "Order" table which we will configure below:
4. Click on the ["Columns" settings] for the table.
5. In the dropdown menu, observe that all Columns are marked as visible and correspond to the current table display.
6. Also check the export table feature: Click on "Export" and choose print, you will see that Columns up to GST (goods_and_services_tax) are displayed, and Fund and Estimated delivery date are missing.
7. Go back to table settings (like it was in steps.1-2)
8. Make the estimated_delivery_date column 'invisible by default' by checking out the appropriate checkbox and saving the changes.
9. Refresh the basket window/page (like in step 3).
10. Observe that in the table the whole columns "Estimated delivery date" is visible but "Fund" is gone.
11. Click on the ["Columns" settings] for the table.
12. In the dropdown menu observe that the wrong column is disabled ("Fund" instead of "Estimated delivery date").
13. Apply the patch.
14. Go through steps 3-12 and make sure that everything mentioned in those steps now works correctly: when you hide any columns in columns_settings.pl they are correctly hidden for the "Order" table, as well when exporting the table, the Fund, and Estimated delivery date columns are now exported.
Note: this patch also respects Koha.Preference('EDIFACT') setting and when it's enabled it also correctly hides/shows and exports the 'supplier_report' column.

If we're dividing the sections into labeled "Information" and
"Settings," I propose that we try to put under "Information" lines
which are just for display, and under "Settings" lines which allow the
user to change things: Managed by, managing library, basket group, etc.
This patch moves a few lines to accomplish this. The only other change
is to remove a "float:left" inline style from the "Change library" form
to make it display better.

This patch makes a couple of changes to CSS which affect, globally, the
alignment of labels in forms. With lables corresponding to text areas or
other multi-line controls, the label should be aligned with the top of
the control.
This patch also changes the inline style attribute on the control that
lets a user add an additional manager to a basket in acquisitions. It
requires an update to work with the new default form layout.
To test, apply the patch and go to Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Baskets.
- View the details of a basket.
- You should see a line labeled "Manged by." The label should be
top-aligned to match the "Add user" link next to it.
- Test that the link works correctly and that the layout is correct
after adding additional managers.
View other forms in the staff interface to confirm that the changes
work correctly and have not broken layout anywhere else. For instance,
in the patron add/edit form, the "Contact note," "OPAC note," labels etc.

This patch allows you to specify an estimated delivery date per order.
The specified estimated delivery date is also considered when searching
for late orders and exporting late orders. You can also edit the
estimated delivery date from the late orders page.
Test plan:
1. Update database, rebuild schema, restart services
2. Go to Acquisitions, search for a vendor, and create a new basket
3. Add an order to the basket. When filling in the accounting details,
notice the new 'estimated delivery date' field, but don't add a date.
Save the order.
4. Confirm no date shows in the estimated delivery date column in the
orders table.
5. Modify the order. Add a date in the estimated delivery date field and
save the order.
6. Confirm the date now shows in the orders table.
7. Close the basket.
8. Go to the Late Orders page.
9. Put estimated delivery date from and to parameters in the search
filters on the left. Ensure the from and to dates encapsulate the date
you entered in the estimated delivery date field for the order.
10. Click Filter and ensure the order shows.
11. Select the checkbox next to the order. Click the Export as CSV button.
12. Open the CSV and confirm the estimated delivery date that you
entered shows as expected in the file.
13. Click Edit under the estimated delivery date. Confirm the estimated
delivery date modal pops up with the correct order line number in the
modal header.
14. Remove the estimated delivery date and click Save.
15. Confirm that the estimated delivery date calculated by Koha now
shows in the late orders table.
16. Select the checkbox next to the order. Click the Export as CSV button.
17. Open the CSV and confirm the calculated estimated delivery date
shows in the CSV.
18. Confirm tests pass: t/db_dependent/Koha/Acquisition/Order.t

This patch adds the edi_order relationship method to
Koha::Acquisition::Basket to return the most recently attached
edi_message of type 'ORDER' for the basket.
NOTE: EDI currently returns raw DBIC results. I have opted to maintain
that approach here, but would like to work on upgradeing the
Koha::EDIFACT::Order class to be a subclass of Koha::Object at a later
date.
We then use this new relationship in acqui/basket to display the EDI
status for such baskets.
Test plan
1/ Setup a vendor with EDI Ordering enabled
2/ Add a new basket for the vendor.
3/ Note the new 'EDI status' field displays and reads 'Not ordered'
4/ Close the basker
5/ The 'EDI status' should continue to display 'Not ordered'
6/ Re-open the basket
7/ Close the basket via 'Create EDIFACT order'
8/ Navigate back to the now closed basket
9/ Note the 'EDI status' field now displays 'Pending' and the transfer
date.
10/ Progress the EDI order by running the edi_cron.pl script
11/ The EDI status field should now reflect that the message has been

The fixed header option for DataTables does the same thing that the
hcSticky jQuery plugin does for us on toolbars, so I've gone through the
templates looking for places they might conflict.
On the acquisitions basket page we can add a special class,
"fh-fixedHeader," to the sticky toolbar to tell DataTables that the
table header should float *below* the toolbar.
To test, apply the patch and go to Acquisitions.
- Locate a vendor and a basket for that vendor with multiple orders.
- Adjust the browse window height if necessary to trigger vertical
scrolling.
- Confirm that as you scroll down the toolbar (with buttons "Add to
basket," "Edit basket," etc) sticks to the top of the browser window.
- Confirm that as you continue to scroll, the table header sticks below
the floating toolbar.

The new span with the class order-received will allow to have
individual styling on the term to make it stand out more in the
list of order lines of a basket. The text change will ease translation.
To test:
- In acquisitions:
- Create a new basket
- Add at least 2 order lines
- Close the basket
- Receive a new shipment and one of your order lines
- Go back to your basket
- One line should now show "(rcvd)"
- Apply patch
- Reload the basket page
- Verify the text has changed and element now has a class in the
HTML source

This is to prevent mistakes - a received order should not be
cancelled, but 'undo receive' needs to be done first for things
to turn out correctly.
To test:
- Create a basket with at least 2 orders
- Close basket
- Receive one of your orders at least
- Go back to the basket
- Reopen basket
- The cancel links should only show on the "not received" orders

This patch set attempts to replace all the <i> tags with <em> and all
the <b> tags with <strong> in the staff interface.
I attempted to get all the templates, includes, and xslt files.
To test:
1. Review the changes as best as possible, looking for mistakes.
2. grep for <i> and <b> in the modules, includes, and xslt folders. You should get nothing/
3. If you grep '<\/i>' you should only see instances of Font Awesome.
4. If you grep '<\/b>' you should only see instances where caret is used.
