246746759a Bug 20372: Correct toolbar markup on some pages
Differences in markup around some toolbars has the potential to create
CSS styling problems. This patch changes the markup to be consistent
with other instances of <div id="toolbar"></div>

To test, apply the patch and view these pages:

- Course reserves (main page)
- Course reserves -> Course detail page
- Reports -> Dictionary

On each of these pages the toolbar should look correct.

cfb372c308 Bug 19663: Move JS to the footer: Reports
This patch modifies the staff client's reports templates so
that JavaScript is included in the footer instead of the header.

To test, apply the patch and test the JavaScript-driven features of
reports pages: All button controls, DataTables functionality, form
validation, etc.

f4c965781d Bug 11235: Names for reports and dictionary are cut off when quotes are used
To reproduce for saved reports:

- Go to Home > Reports > Guided reports wizard
- Create a report with double quotes in it's name, e.g. 'My "double quoted" report'
- Go to "Saved reports", locate in the list the new report (name is correct here,
  is correct in database as well)
- From the selection button at the right choose "Edit"
- Result: Content of edit field for the report name is truncated (displays only: 'My')

To reproduce for Reports dictionary:

- Go to Home > Reports > Guided reports wizard
- Create a new definition, give it the name 'The "double quoted" definition' and enter
  a text with double quotes for "Description"
- Save
- Verify that in the list of definitions both name and descriptions are truncated
  (in database as well)

To test:
- Apply patch
- Verify that issues described above can no longer be reproduced

ffd55b58bd Bug 16368 - Remove obsolete attributes from table tags
This patch removes some obsolete attributes from table markup: border,
cellpadding, and cellspacing. These changes should have no visible
effect.

- To test the changes to the reports dictionary, go to Reports -> View
  dictionary. The table of dictionary definitions should look correct.

- To test the changes to MARC plugins, you must be using MARC21. Open a
  new or existing MARC record in the standard cataloging editor and
  trigger the tag editor for 006 and 008. The tables in each popup
  window should look correct.

a6da1c024c Bug 15863: Show/hide date range selection if not needed - dictionnary
When creating a dictionary for a date column, there is a "date range" /
"all dates" radio buttons and 2 inputs to select the date range. These
inputs should be hidden if "all dates" is selected.

Test plan:
1/ Create a new dictionary on reports/dictionary.pl
2/ Select a date column (borrowers.dateofbirth of instance)
3/ On step 4, the start/end of the date range inputs should be
hidden/shown depending of the radio buttons.

Works as expected.

d06de76eab Bug 16281: Remove the use of 'onclick' from Reports module
EDIT: Removing unnecessary functions

To test:

1) Go to Reports -> Dictionary
	a) Attempt to delete a definition. Confirm the Ok and cancel
           buttons in confirm dialog work as expected
2) Go to Reports -> Build new
	a) On each step of building a report, confirm the back button
           works as expected
	b) Confirm add column and delete column on step 3 works as
           expected
3) Confirm deleting a report from the toolbar triggers confirm dialog
   and it works as expected
4) Create a report with an SQL error and run it. Confirm that the
   'Return to previous page' link works as expected

efff8e5143 Bug 16162: Making dictionary 'Delete' a button
EDIT: This patch should have gotten rid of those tabs
EDIT2: Will now apply with patch on Bug 16161

To test:
1) Apply Bug 16161 first
2) Go to Reports -> View dictionary
3) Confirm that the 'Delete definition' button now just says 'Delete' and is styled as a font awesome button.
4) Confirm that the button does not wrap on narrower browsers.
5) Confirm that column heading is now 'Action'.
6) Confirm that button deletes as expected. (If you're wondering about the missing confirm message upon delete, see Bug 16161.)

9548f14236 Bug 16163: Show message if there are no dictionary definitions
To test:
1) Go to Reports -> View dictionary
2) Ensure you have no definitions
3) A message should show saying 'There are no saved definitions. Add a definition to the dictionary.'
4) Click the link to add a definition. Confirm this takes you to the form to add a new definition.

e428ff001d Bug 15413: Adding colons where appropriate
To test:

Apply patch and go to pretty much every page on the Intranet - look out
for labels on forms etc where there should be colons but aren't. If you
see any that I've missed but I'm 99% sure I got all of them! Make sure
to click through some forms where creating a new thing involves
continuing the submission on multiple pages.

The "highlight" class on table rows is unnecessary since we have a CSS
rule which defines colors for alternating row colors. This patch removes
use of the "highlight" class from templates and removes the definition
from staff-global.css

To test, view the affected pages and confirm that the change has not
broken anything.

bb6658c2e6 Bug 2669: Change checkboxes to radio buttons on dictionary
On creating new dictionary for report, the choice between "All dates"
and "Date range" should be a real radio button, not 2 radio buttons with
different names (which means they could be selected altogether...)

Note that I don't understand what means 'All dates', there is no
condition generated for the dictionary. We should not have to select a
field if we don't want to add a condition on it :)

Test plan:
Create a new dictionary for the Patron module, then a date field
(dateenrolled or birthdate, etc.)

Confirm that the radio buttons now behave as radio buttons...

0cab6f2ef3 Bug 14915: Use Font Awesome instead of Glyphicons for the staff intranet
We should be using Font Awesome for our icons instead of Glyphicons, for
the reasons discussed on bug 13696.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Note all Glyphicons have been replaced with FA icons in the staff intranet
3) git grep "icon-" ./koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/
   should give no results
4) git grep "icon-" ./koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/
   should give no results

e6d9882a14 Bug 4281: Reports dictionary supports only 1 field selection
The reports dictionary allows the user to select several fields, but
only 1 is used.
The interface is quite confusing.
This patch removes the multiple selection and permit to select only 1
field.

Test plan:
1/ Create a report dictionary (reports/dictionary.pl)
2/ On the step 3, confirm that only 1 field can be selected

Confirm there is no regression on this tool.

3f2dda2f33 Bug 11672: Untranslatable dropdown on Guided Reports and dictionary
This patch removes hardcoded descriptions and sets them in the templates
using the variable content as id.

To test, create a new guided report and verify the 'module to report on' dropdown
shows as usual [1]. Functionality shouldn't get changed.

The patch also changes the dictionary pages where 'area' should be displayed/selectable
with the same strings as the guided reports. Try all the possible disctionary pages.

The last page when creating a dictionary now shows the 'area description' instead of the
code. The same happens to the dictionary list once you have dictionaries saved.

    Catalogue -> Catalog
    Acquisition -> Acquisitions

aeb61b7528 Bug 9658: Incorrect breadcrumb on report dictionary
Prior to this patch, the breadcrumb on the reports dictionary looks
like this: Home > Reports > Guided reports wizard Dictionary (notice
the lack of punctuation between "wizard" and "Dictionary").
This patch makes it consistent with the rest of the system so it looks
like this: Home > Reports > Guided reports wizard > Dictionary

I left dictionary bolded, since that seems to have been intentional,
even if I can't find a good reason for it.

To test:
1) View reports dictionary page before and after patch is applied,
   observing difference.

629bd2f813 Bug 9624 - Replace YUI button on reports dictionary page with Bootstrap
This patch removes the toolbar include file used by the reports
dictionary and embeds the toolbar markup directly in the main
template since it's the only instance where it is used.
Toolbar is converted to use Bootstrap, replacing YUI button code
with Bootstrap markup.

To test, view the reports dictionary and confirm that the "New
definition" button looks correct and works correctly.

This should make saved reports more manageable.
Group/Subgroup hierarchy is stored in authorised_values,
categories REPORT_GROUP and REPORT_SUBGROUP, connected by
REPORT_SUBGROUP.lib_opac -> REPORT_GROUP.authorised_value

Database changes:
* authorised_values: expanded category to 16 chars
* created default set of REPORT_GROUP authorised values to match
  hardcoded report areas
* reports_dictionary: replaced area int with report_area text, converted
  values
* saved_sql: added report_area, report_group and report_subgroup;
  report_area is not currently used, saved for the record

C4/Reports/Guided.pm:
* Replaced Area numeric values with the mnemonic codes
* get_report_areas(): returns hardcoded areas list
* created get_report_areas(): returns full hierarchy (groups with belonging
  subgroups)
* save_report(): changed iterface, accepts fields hashref as input
* update_sql(): changed iterface, accepts id and fields hashref as input
* get_saved_reports():]
- join to authorised_values to pick group and subgroup name
- accept group and subgroup filter params

2b74492d7d Bug 8181 [REVISED] Replace DynArch calendar widget with jQueryUI version
All instances of the old DynArch calendar have been replaced with
jQueryUI versions and the old library files have been removed.

calendar.inc has been modified to include jQueryUI localization
strings and global configuration options. Just add a "datepicker"
class to an input field to trigger a datepicker prompt.

If you would like two fields in one from to limit each other (one
is date from, one is date to), add these classes to each:
"datepickerfrom" and "datepickerto." This will prevent an invalid
entry, e.g. a date in the latter which falls before the former.

jQueryUI is now upgraded to the latest verision, 1.8.21.

Edit: Now with proper translatability, date formatting, first day
of the week handling, and RTL support.

6ba210af18 Fix for Bug 6609, Clean up guided reports dictionary entry process
Some general interface cleanup tasks with the guided reports dictionary entry
process:

- Improving the breadcrumb links
- Eliminating the tabs in favor of more descriptive <legend> labels
- Clarifying some labels
- Correcting form markup according to established patterns

(Undertaken primarily because the tabs translated poorly when trying to
re-implement them for Bug 5481, Replace YUI JS libraries with Jquery UI)
