This patch modifies the staff client catalog-related administration
templates so that JavaScript is included in the footer instead of the
header.
To test, apply the patch and test the JavaScript-driven features of
each modified template: All button controls, DataTables functionality,
tabs, etc.

Translation for file matching-rules.tt exposes a lot of template directives.
Translators should not be confronted with internal code like the following:

To test:
- Apply patch
- Verify that code changes make sense (removes line breaks in directives)
- Run QA tools in newset version (tests for line breaks in tt)
- Bonus test: create a new translation e.g. fpr language 'aa-AA', verify
that such lines no longer appear in po/aa-AA-staff-prog.po

This patch is amended to use the sysprefs search on all Administration
pages that do not have their own custom search.
To test:
1) Go to Administration
2) Notice Catalogue search at the top - seems out of place.
3) Apply patch and refresh page.
4) Notice admin / sysprefs search now shows and is more appropriate.
5) Confirm searching for sysprefs still works

This patch changes the matching-rules.pl page, so it allows the user to choose
from the different hardcoded normalization routines. It is done using TT blocks
and the routine descriptions are translatable.
To test:
- Create some matching rule
- Have free text values on the 'Normalization rule' field
- Apply the patches
- Create a new routine
=> SUCCESS: You can now only choose between fixed option
- Save the rule
- Open it for editing
=> SUCCESS: Chosen rules are preserved
- Edit the original free-text including rule
=> SUCCESS: Rules fall back to 'None'
- Sign off :-D
TODO: A followup will add a warning about the current value and the fact that
saving the matching rule will overwrite those, with 'none'.

My patch for Bug 5006 introduced a lot of markup changes to the record
matching rules template. I missed a change in one are though, which
caused a bug with the way the 'Remove match check' link works.
To reproduce:
- Go to Administration -> Record matching rules.
- Edit a matching rule which includes at least one match check.
- Click a 'Remove match check' link. The entire "Required match checks"
block is removed.
To test, apply the patch and repeat the steps above. Clicking any
'Remove match check' link should remove only the corresponding rule.

We can simplify the staff client's CSS and reduce some image file usage
if we modify confirmation dialogs to use Font Awesome icons. This patch
makes this change for Administration templates.
This patch includes some whitespace changes, so please consider that
when looking at diffs.
To test, apply the patch and test deletion in the following cases. Test
both confirmation and cancel actions.

We should be using Font Awesome for our icons instead of Glyphicons, for
the reasons discussed on bug 13696.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Note all Glyphicons have been replaced with FA icons in the staff intranet

should give no results

This patch converts the toolbar on the matching rules administration
page to Bootstrap, replacing YUI button code with Bootstrap markup.
To test, view the matching rules administration page and confirm that
buttons look correct and work correctly.

This is the first patch for bug 7760 and touches all pages in administration.
This adds a unique id "admin_<filename>" and a class "admin" to the body tag of
each page in administration.
Note: aqcontract can only be accessed from the acquisition module, so I made it acq
instead of admin.

Was a template error, but also a bug that had been in there for a
while fixed too
Please test by editing a matching rule, match sure no new match checks
are added, and that the matchpoint components survive.
Then try importing some marc records using that match rule
