It is possible to set up circulation rules to limit trapping of holds by pickup library and itemtype.
To make it easier to understand which holds will be trapped in a given circumstance,
it would be nice if we could optionally group holds by pickup library and/or itemtype.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch set
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Enable AllowHoldItemTypeSelection
4) Pick a record and create holds with various pickup libraries and itemtype combinations
5) Enable HoldsSplitQueueNumbering
6) Try the different combinations of HoldsSplitQueue
7) Ensure the hold "arrows" move the items correctly
* Up and down arrows should move hold above or below the adjacent hold within a hold fieldset
* Top and borrom arrows should move hold to the top or bottom within a hold fieldset

This patch makes style and markup changes to the patron detail page
template in order to make the display of information somewhat more
compact and to increase the visibility of the edit controls.
To test you should enable the patronimages system preference. Apply the
patch and view the detail page for a patron.
- Check that the page looks correct and that sections like "Alternate
address" and "Alternative contact" are empty when there is no data.
- Check that the "Manage patron image" tool works correctly.

This fixes a problem with layout of the page when viewing a closed
basket group. Changed the grid options for basket information when a
basket group is closed.
To test, apply the patch and go to Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket
groups. You should have multiple baskets and basket groups to test with.
- Edit an open basket group. The layout should look correct, with basket
group information in the form in the left column and ungrouped basket
in the right column. Grouping and ungrouping baskets should work
correctly.
- View a closed basket group. The basket group information should
display in a single column that spans the main part of the page.

- Navigate to the request's "View Interlibrary loan request" page
- Add the following note:
Hello
<h1>TESTING</h1>
<script>alert('pwned');</script>

- As a staff user, naviate to the ILL requests table
- Select "Manage request" for the request you created

This patch updates the OPAC and staff client carts to use CSS to
control print output, removing a print parameter which was passed to the
script.
Currently, when you click "Print" on the OPAC basket, it navigates to
a new page and initiates window.print() followed by a
window.location.href change again. Unfortunately, due to differences in
IE, Chrome, and FF, it will either show the print options, navigate away
without showing them, or refuse to navigate away after printing. By
changing to using print CSS, we don't navigate away from the basket in
the first place, so we prevent this irregular behavior.
TEST PLAN
1) Apply the patch
2) Create an OPAC basket by clicking "Add to cart" on multiple items
3) Using Chrome, IE, and Firefox (of any version), click the "Print"
button
4) You should see the relevant print menu without the OPAC basket
re-loading in any way.
5) After printing is complete, you should still be on the OPAC basket
pop-up
6) Perform the same tests in the staff client

This patch modifies several acquisitions templates to use the Bootstrap
grid instead of YUI.
This patch also removes obsolete "text/javascript" attributes from
<script> tags in the modified templates.
Staff client CSS is modified in this patch so that elements which were
styled based on the sidebar's "yui-b" class will work with <aside>.
To test, apply the patch and view the following pages, confirming that
they look correct at various browser widths:
- I don't have EDI set up, so to test acqui/edi_ean.tt I navigate
directly to /cgi-bin/koha/acqui/edi_ean.pl. It's only the page
structure we're worried about.
- Acquisitions -> Orders search
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Invoices -> Invoice search
- View an invoice
- Manage invoice files (Preference AcqEnableFiles must be enabled).
- Acquisitions -> Late orders

edge cases which aren't covered by the global one.

links can be custom-styled.

This alternate patch defines a width of 100% for text inputs and selects
inside sidebar fieldsets. The scope of this style is limited to the
sidebar by unsetting the width for fieldsets within "#yui-main," the

unnecessary.

If item-level_itypes is turned off and XSLTResultsDisplay is turned on,
biblio-level itemtype images are not shown in staff client search
results. This patch corrects the problem.
This patch also adds some markup and CSS to the itemtype image to make
it look a litte cleaner and work better in result sets in which some
titles have images and some don't.
To test, apply the patch and view the staff client search results page
with various settings:
- XSLT turned on and off
- item-level_itypes turned on and off
- noItemTypeImages turned on and off
Confirm that item type images are shown or not shown correctly according
to each setting.

This patch fixes a bug which was introduced by Bug 19851 ("Improve
responsive layout handling of staff client menu bar."). The changes in
that patch did not take into account the effects it would have on the
language menus in the footer.
This patch adds some additional classes to some menus and adds some CSS
for those classes so that menus are correctly aligned left or right
based on their position on the screen.
To test, apply the patch and clear your cache if necessary. You should
have multiple translations installed and enabled, at least one of which
should have more than one "sub-language" (e.g. en-GB and en-US).

the browser width above and below 800 pixels wide:
- Search and More menus in the header

such a way that they disappear off the left or right sides of the

This Commit is at the heart of adding an interlibrary loans framework
for Koha. The framework does not prescribe a particular workflow.
Instead it provides a general framework that can be extended &
implemented by individual backends whose responsibility it is to
implement a specific workflow.
The module is largely self-sufficient: it adds new tables to the Koha
database and touches only a few files in the Koha source tree.
Primarily, we add our files to the Makefile and the koha-conf.xml,
define ill paths for the REST API, and introduce links from the main
intranet, opac pages & user permissions.
Outside of this we simply add new files & functionality.

This patch modifies the circulation template so that
itemBarcodeFallbackSearch results show in a modal window.
To test, enable the itemBarcodeFallbackSearch system preference and open
a patron's account in circulation.
- Submit a string which will return search results. When the page
reloads a modal should display showing a table of title search
results.
- Test the "Check out" button and confirm that the correct item is
submitted.
- Test closing the modal and re-displaying it using the new "Show
matching titles" button.
- Confirm that the "Add record using fast cataloging" button still
works correctly.
- Submit a string which will return no results. No modal window should
display, and only the "Add record" button should appear.
- Confirm that normal checkout works correctly.
- Test with itemBarcodeFallbackSearch disabled, and with a user who
lacks Fast Cataloging permission.
Revision removes a heading which was made redundant by the modal markup.

This patch addresses template issues with the newly-added patron clubs
pages.
- Move Clubs tab out of second position in Circulation page tabs.
- Link patron name in enrollments list to the patron record
- Make page titles on some pages more specific
- Correct label "for" attributes so that it matches input id
- Correst style of buttons: Buttons in tables must be "btn-xs," all
Bootstrap buttons must have "btn-default."
- Correct "Edit" icons: Should be "fa-pencil"
This patch also revises the club template editing form to make it more
