How to reproduce the issue:
Create a list at the OPAC and select the sort field 'year'. Go to the
list management page at the intranet: the sort field "copyrightdate" is
not selected by default.
How to test this patch:
Check the issue is not still present with this patch.
Create several lists at the OPAC with different sort field.
Check results are consistent on both interfaces.
Check the selected sort field is selected on the edit page.
Check there is no regression.
What this patch does:
- change the way to send the selected sort field to the templates
- remove the select tests on the new list page (useless)
- the copyrightdate sortfield is named "copyrightdate" everywhere
- update your database : set virtualshelves.sortfield = 'copyrightdate'
if virtualshelves.sortfield = 'year'

Current jQuery-driven tabs are done using a very old
version of the tabs plugin. This patch upgrades jQueryUI
to the latest version and adds the tabs widget dependency
to the jqueryui js file and updates the syntax for existing
tabs:
- $("#foo > ul").tabs(); changes to $("#foo").tabs();
- Remove full URL from tab links (use #anchor only).
Pages with "static" tabs (tabs which are built in the
markup rather than generated by the plugin) have been
modified to use their own style. Examples: pay.tt in
the staff client and opac-readingrecord.tt in the OPAC.

This lays the foundation for further changes for report 7310.
Implements following points from the wiki page List permissions:
1) Preference that controls if users may create public lists in opac.
2) New add/delete own/delete other permissions per list.
Code has been changed (in some cases refactored). New permissions are not yet visible; with this patch current functionality is kept as much as possible while resolving several issues, improving permissions and extending the code for further developments (using the new permissions and sharing lists).
Feb 23, 2012 (revision): Changed defaults for new lists. Could also remove routine GetRecentShelves by using GetSomeShelfNames in catalogue/search.pl just as opac-search.pl already did. (More consistent.)

Show the name of the patron who created each list on the list
of public lists. Also:
- correcting unescaped ampersand in the template
- making conditional a check on a variable that doesn't always
exist, causing noisy errors in the log

After applying the patch a column for "Created by" is added to the display of
public lists, and the errors in the log are silenced. On the "Your lists"
tab, the link on the list name now has an escaped ampersand.

Standard author information wasn't even in the template markup, only
"additional author." Added standard author and improved output of
additional authors (hiding label when empty).
Also added subtitle via GetRecordValue (see bug 3550).
Also added check for and output of OPACBaseURL in order
to make OPAC links in the email clickable.

Markup used single quotes around value attribute. Since single
quotes aren't escaped by the template's HTML filter these

Missed a couple of instances of the pagination menu on the
lists page. Previously the pagination links on the page
listing lists (/cgi-bin/koha/virtualshelves/shelves.pl) was
unstyled. After this patch the links should be styled.

Note that this new include builds only the first half of the
anchor tag (<a>). Because title and subtitle are output differently
on some pages, rendering of the second half of the tag is left
to individual pages.
Includes fixes for staff client templates.
Change to basket.pl fixes a bug wherein the OPAC's bibliodefaultview
preference was being checked instead of the staff client's.
