Field 943$a has link value "130". This does not work; 130 is not a search
index. It should be Title-uniform.
Note: Only used on a search link in the intranet MARC detail page.
In some cases "130" should be replaced by "Title-uniform", but sometimes
130 without quotes had to be replaced. Performed by two sed statements
on git grep results.

There is some confusion between the different locations and
libraries appearing in the GUI.
holdingbranch is sometimes labeled as current location
homebranch is sometimes labeled as permanent location
The patch fixes these occurences in various files:
- Item search form, results and export options
- MARC frameworks for en, fr-Fr, nb-NO, and pl-PL
- Holds awaiting pickup report
- Item display on order receive screen (create items on receive)
- OPAC system preference: OPACResultsLibrary
- Staff and OPAC detail pages
- Lost items report
- Rotating collections

440 has been obsoleted in the standard for a long time.
490 is now used for series information.
Changes made here only apply for new installations:
- Hide 440 subfields by default
- Make 490 3avx visible by default
- Add mapping biblioitems.seriestitle to 490a
- Add mapping biblioitems.volume to 490v
To test:
- Run the web installer for this language and verify changes
in all frameworks

For MARC21 we need to set the following tags as mandatory:
CHRON_TERM => 148
CORPO_NAME => 110
GENRE/FORM => 155
GEOGR_NAME => 151
MEETI_NAME => 111
PERSO_NAME => 100
TOPIC_TERM => 150
UNIF_TITLE => 130
Note that it also fixes an error on the UI, which was initially reported
on bug 13775.
Test plan:
- Create a fresh install in the language of your choice.
- Confirm that when you create a new authority you cannot save without
entering a value for the main heading
- Edit marc record's field 648 -> chronological term
- Try to add there one by clicking a link on the left side of the field.
From there it opens me to a new window, click "Create a new authority"
Click on the authority creating fields randomly, save.

We are replacing the values -5 or 8 here by 1 for the hidden field in
auth_subfield_structure.
Note that 1 is mainly used in MARC21 and -5 in UNIMARC.
Since it is a boolean, I choose here for keeping 0 and 1.
The value 8 was only used for field 942 in MARC21 files.
The value -5 was replaced in
en/marcflavour/unimarc/mandatory/authorities_normal_unimarc.sql
it-IT/marcflavour/unimarc/necessari/authority_framework.sql
pl-PL/marcflavour/unimarc/mandatory/authorities_normal_unimarc.sql
NOTE: The french unimarc files
fr-FR/marcflavour/unimarc_complet/Obligatoire/autorite_default.sql
fr-FR/marcflavour/unimarc_complet/Obligatoire/autorites_norme_unimarc.sql
fr-FR/marcflavour/unimarc_lecture_pub/Obligatoire/autorites_norme_unimarc.sql

In the upgrade from 2.2 to 3.0 (some time ago already) the table
additionalauthors has been dropped. Unfortunately, a reference to this
table has not been removed from the MARC framework installer files.
This patch clears kohafield for 700$a or 200$g in 32 installer files.
Note: The reference to additionalauthors in field kohafield is silently
ignored in AddBiblio/ModBiblio since the routines _koha_add_biblio,
_koha_add_biblioitem, _koha_modify_biblio and
_koha_modify_biblioitem_nonmarc simply do not use it. You can define a
Koha to MARC mapping for a biblio/biblioitem field but if the field is not
referenced in one of those routines, nothing happens..
Also note that C4::Items::_koha_modify_item does not hardcode all fields
and will respond to a new item mapping.
Test plan:
[1] Run a new install or verify somehow that the change to these sql files
is correct.
The change is a result of: sed -i -e "s/'additionalauthors.author'/''/g"

To Test
---------
1) Apply the patch
2) Export some MARC bibliographic records from Koha
3) Import those same MARC bibliographic records using the
"ISSN(022$a)" record matching rule.
4) The incoming records should match perfectly
5) Check the mysql tables (marc_matchers, matchpoints,
matcher_matchpoints, matchpoint_components,
matchpoint_component_norms) to make sure the values were
inserted as expected.
For new Koha installation
1) create the koha database
2) Go to the staff client page, and do a "fresh" install making
sure to select lots of optional marc 21 matching rules so
the .../marc21/optional/marc21_default_matching_rules.sql
gets triggered.
3) Check the mysql tables (marc_matchers, matchpoints,
matcher_matchpoints, matchpoint_components,
matchpoint_component_norms) to make sure the values were
inserted as expected.

This patch does three things:
- Add a copyright comment to normarc_fastadd_framework.sql
- Change the value of marc_subfield_structure.hidden from -1 to 0 for
several subfields of 952, in both the default and fast add framework,
using this SQL statement:
update marc_subfield_structure set hidden = 0 where tagfield = '952' and hidden = -1;
- Add the maxlength column introduced by bug 7263 to all rows in
marc_subfield_structure, setting the following maxlengths:
000 = 24
008 = 40
all other subfields = 9999
The format of the SQL files is the one that is produced by exporting the
frameworks from the Web UI, with added copyright comments at the top.
To test:
- Install nb-NO
- Run through the web installer in Norwegian on an empty database
- Select NORMARC as the marcflavour
- Be sure to select the fast add framework ("Rammeverk for
hurtigkatalogisering" under "Valgritt")
- Check in Home › Administration › MARC Frameworks that 000 and 008
for both frameworks have the right length
- Add a dummy record so you get to the item edit screen and check that
the form for subfields looks good. The subfields that are shown
should be 01234578abcdefghjoptuvwyz and all subfields should have
a text box or a dropdown associated with them. Check this for
for both the default and fast add frameworks
