- Adding "scrollbars=yes" to window.open javascript.
- Adding javascript tablesorter to categories table
To test, open a child patron record and choose more ->
Update Child to Adult Patron from the toolbar menu. The
resulting pop-up should have scrollbars. The table
of categories should be sortable with a default sort
on the description.

Adds a button on patron-related pages, "Search to hold"
Clicking search to hold sets a cookie with the patron's
borrowernumber and sends the user to the search page.
On subsequent search results pages the user will have
the option to place holds specifically for the remembered
patron. This works on the search results page (single
and multiple hold) and on the detail page.
The saved cookie will time out after 10 minutes or
be erased when a new patron is loaded by circulation.pl
New jQuery plugin added: jquery.cookie.min.js
Revision fixes some markup and corrects an error that would lead
to the hold being initiated for the remembered patron when this
was not intended.

Staff users now only need circulation privileges to print
checkout receipts and slips; the 'borrowers' permission, which
allows editing patron records, is no longer required.

and will print a SHORT SLIP of today's checkouts only.
I also enhanced the normal slip to print the overdues separately as well as today's
checkouts. There is another button on the print CIRC menu. Easily another quick key
can be added, one for the regular slip and one for the short slip, i.e. today's
only.

Internet Explorer seems to have a problem with JS array and object constructors that have a comma at the end. There may be other JavaScript files that have this problem.
