This patch adds the `EnablePointOfSale` preference to the accounting tab
on the preferences editor and ties the display of the Point of Sale
module to it.
Test plan:
1) Enable both `UseCashRegisters` and `EnablePointOfSale` preferences.
2) Ensure you are a superuser or your user has the
takepayment permission.
3) The Point of Sale module should be present on your staff home page
with the above configuration, otherwhise it should not.

Bug 9156 changed the wording of the pref slightly to make it
clear that the subfield sequence of the record will be used,
not the sequence of the subfields defined in the pref.
This just reinstates the note:
The order of the subfields in the record will be preserved.

Note that we change both cataloguing/additem.pl and C4/Items->PrepareItemrecordfordisplay
I can find no code that uses callnumber from the C4/Items sub, except for the itemrecorddisplay script
which is not called with an itemnumber from Koha and should be deprecated for REST or ILSDI or OAI (imho)
To test:
1 - Define itemcallnumber syspref as "082ab,092ab,9520,245a"
2 - Find a record with no items
3 - Ensure it has no 082 field, but an 092 field
4 - Go to add an item - itemcallnumber is empty
5 - Apply patch
6 - Go to add item, itemcallnumber should be the 092ab fields
7 - Delete the 092 field
8 - Go to add item, itemcallnumber should be the 245a
9 - Edit the callnumber to be "testing" and save item
10 - For should now show itemcallnumber="testing" as default
11 - Browse to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/services/itemrecorddisplay.pl?itemnumber=## subbing the correct itemnumber
12 - Ensure the callnumber is defaulting to testing
13 - delete the item you created
14 - browse to URL above - callnumber should now be 245 again
15 - Add an 092 field to record and ensure it is now default callnumber

This patch removes some warnings when creating new languages,
those related with uft8 and two not related.
Tipical messages are:
>Warning: Can't determine original templates' charset, defaulting to UTF-8
>Warning: Charset Out defaulting to UTF-8
>...
>Removing empty file /../xx-YY-marc-NORMARC.po
>I UTF-8 O UTF-8 at /../kohaclone/misc/translator/tmpl_process3.pl line 365.
>Use of uninitialized value $pref_name in concatenation (.) or string at /.../misc/translator/LangInstaller.pm line 197.
>Created /../misc/translator/po/xx-YY-messages.po.
First four are 'normal' messages
The fifth one correspond to an unquoted preference string
The sixth one is a normal output message from msgint command
We will hide them unless verbose '-v' option is selected,
and fix the error.
To test:
1) Go to misc/translator
2) Create new language files
$ perl translate create xx-YY
3) Check warnings and messages
4) Apply the patch
5) Remove created files, and create them again
Ther must be no messages
6) Repeat 5) with verbose option '-v', check
old messages
7) BONUS: without the patch update a language,
for example de-DE:
$ perl translate update de-DE
Note (git status) a new file, po/de-DE-messages.po~
This is a backup file from msgmerge command
With the patch this backup is removed.

The system preference AllowItemsOnHoldCheckout only affects SIP based checkouts. I believe we should rename it AllowItemsOnHoldCheckoutSIP so it matches AllowItemsOnHoldCheckoutSCO. We should also update the description as well.
As far as I know AllowItemsOnHoldCheckout has never affected anything except SIP traffic. That does not preclude the addition of another AllowItemsOnHoldCheckout syspref that would affect the staff interface, but that would be an enhancement and is outside the scope of this bug report.
Test Plan:
1) Test AllowItemsOnHoldCheckout via SIP
2) Apply this patch
3) Test AllowItemsOnHoldCheckoutSIP via SIP
4) Note there is no difference!
5) Note the syspref description has been update to mention SIP

This adds a "Claims returned" feature that extends and enhances the claims returned lost status.
To use this feature, a new LOST status to represent an item claimed as returned needs to be created.
The value of this LOST authorised value should be set in the new syspref ClaimReturnedLostValue.
Setting this system preference turns on the feature.
Once the feature is enabled, you should be able to mark checked out items as return claims from the
checkout and patron details pages, and also modify them from the new claims tab on those pages.
Returning a claimed item will notify the librarian that the item in question has a claim on it.
Setting the ClaimReturnedWarningThreshold will add an alert to make librarians aware that this
patron has many return claims on the patron's record.
Test Plan:
1) Create a "Claims Returned" lost value
2) Create some RETURN_CLAIM_RESOLUTION authorized values
3) Set ClaimReturnedLostValue
4) Set ClaimReturnedChargeFee
5) Set ClaimReturnedWarningThreshold
6) Create some checkouts
7) Claim some returns
8) Verify ClaimReturnedChargeFee works with all 3 options
9) Verify ClaimReturnedWarningThreshold shows a warning once the threshold has been exceeded
10) Edit notes on a claim
11) Resolve a claim
12) Delete a claim

This patch set adds a new method to display cover images for
bibliographic records.
The idea is to provide a flexible way allowing several use cases:
- local path
- remote url
- webservice
which would follow a given pattern.
So far only the following patterns are available:
- {isbn} will be replaced byt the isbn of the record
- {issn}
- using MARC subfields:
{024$a} to replace with the value in 024$a
(Note that the selector has been changed from %% to {} in a coming
patch)
For example
- /your/local/images/{isbn}.png
- https://covers.openlibrary.org/b/isbn/{isbn}-M.jpb
- etc.
There are 3 new sysprefs:
CustomCoverImagesURL
=> Define the path/url
CustomCoverImages
=> Turn on/off the display of the custom cover image in the staff client
OPACCustomCoverImages
=> Turn on/off the display of the custom cover image at the OPAC

This patch updates the SocialNetworks system preference so that it
offers a choice of social networks (and email) which can be enabled in
the OPAC.
This patch also replaces the social network images with Font Awesome
icons styled so that the colors match the social networks' current
branding. The old social networks sprite image is removed.
To test, apply the patch and run the database update. Rebuild the OPAC
CSS:
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client
- Go to Administration -> Global system preferences -> OPAC -> Features
and find the SocialNetworks preference.
- If your SocialNetworks preference was enabled, all choices should
be selected. Otherwise none should be selected.
- If none are selected, select them all and save.
- Locate a record in the OPAC and view the details page.
- The social network icons should appear as expected and function as
before.
- Return to system preferences in the staff client and try enabling and
disabling different options, verifying each time that the OPAC
reflects your choices.

This enhancement will allow a library to choose whether to use the alias of the
current OPAC or the value of OPACBaseURL as the return url when making payments
via PayPal.
To test:
Note: you need to have PayPal enabled on your system (either Sandbox mode or
Live) and be using an alias URL for your OPAC.
1. Apply the patch.
2. With the option "PayPalReturnURL" set to "OPACBaseURL", log into a card via
the OPAC and start the process to pay in PayPal (you can either complete the
payment or cancel from the PayPal page). When you are returned to the OPAC, the
domain will be the value of OPACBaseURL.
3. With the option "PayPalReturnURL" set to "OPAC's alias", repeat the above
sequence to make a payment in PayPal. When you are returned to the OPAC, the
domain will be your current alias.

This patch adds the option to show a QR code on the OPAC bibliographic
detail page. The URL of the page is encoded in the image so that
scanning it will take the user to that page on their device. The feature
is controlled by a new system preference, OPACDetailQRCode, which is
disabled by default.
The QR Code is generated by a JavaScript library, "kjua"
(https://github.com/lrsjng/kjua), which has been added to the "About"
page in the staff client.
To test, apply the patch and run the database update. Rebuild the OPAC
CSS (https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- In the staff client, go to Administration -> System preferences.

- Enable the preference and switch to the OPAC.
- Locate a title in the catalog and view the detail page.
- In the sidebar menu there should be a "Send to device" link.
- Clicking the link should display a QR Code.
- Scan the code using a QR Code-capable device.
- The URL should be correct.

Bug 11492 intended to pass routinglists forward. It also passed forward serial notes.
This may or not me desired behvaiour, to avoid changing functionality twice I add a syspref
to control this behaviour.
To test:
1 - Have or create a subscription in the serials module
2 - Recieve an issue, making sure ot ad a note
3 - Go to receive again, note the note from the last serial is set for the expected issue
4 - Apply patch
5 - Update database, restart all the things
6 - Receive the issue leaving the note in place
7 - Note the next expected issue has the note
8 - Find the syspref PreserveSerialNotes
9 - Confirm it defaulted to Do
10 - Set it to 'Do not'
11 - Receive the expected serial leavign the note
12 - Note the newly generated expected serial has no note
13 - prove -v t/db_dependent/Serials.t

Some libraries would like an auto-popup after making a payment so librarians don't have
to navigate to the accounts page, locate the new payment, then click the print button.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Make a payment, note no difference in behavior
4) Enable the new syspref FinePaymentAutoPopup
5) Make a payment, note the popup for the payment receipt

This patch adds the "syntax" parameter to the corrected system
preferences so that the textareas will be displayed as CodeMirror
editors.
To test, apply the patch and test the affected system preferences:
Circulation -> SelfCheckHelpMessage
Staff client -> IntranetmainUserblock
Staff client -> IntranetCirculationHomeHTML
Staff client -> IntranetReportsHomeHTML
Staff client -> StaffLoginInstructions
With UseWYSIWYGinSystemPreferences disabled, the preferences should be
displayed as CodeMirror editors. With UseWYSIWYGinSystemPreferences
enabled they should be WYSIWYG editors.

- Apply patch and run database update
- Verify the preference no longer exists in your system
- in the sys pref editor
- in your database:
SELECT * from systempreferences WHERE variable = "RotationPreventTransfers";

This reverts commit b97acab4d3 which
should have really been attached to bug 22844 and the dependancies
reversed.
