This patch adds a test for valid pickup locations when updating a hold
through the API.
Tests are adjusted to reflect this change.
To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/holds.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
3. Sign off :-D
