Galen Charlton 1c0401e867 authorities - enabled DOM indexing 
All new authority features will be based on the DOM indexing.

To update an existing installation, do the following:

[1] run perl Makefile.PL
[2] make
[3] make update_zebra_conf
[4] copy the new koha-conf.xml to $KOHA_CONF
