Patch to follow that adds 3 new system preferences to control the parameters for the longoverdue script. New prefs are DefaultLongOverdueChargeValue, DefaultLongOverdueLostValue and DefaultLongOverdueDays. These preferences are used when you call the longoverdue.pl script without their parameters.
