On the page admin/marc_subfields_structure we now tell that Koha link has been disabled and refer to the help for koha2marclinks. On the page admin/koha2marclinks we mention that the Default mapping is considered authoritative now. Test plan: Read these online help pages and verify that the changes make sense.
