When behind a proxy, Koha give a wrong service name to CAS server (SCRIPT_URI environment variable). It now uses OPACBaseURL syspref. Note: despite the OPACBaseURL description, you have to enter the *full* URL (ie: with http:// or https://) in the syspref.
