To test: 1. Apply patch 2. reset_all (or start your testing environment in the first place) 3. Find a patron and make sure their account contains values for all of the following fields: First name Surname Card number Phone Address Address 2 City Zipcode Email 4. Place a hold for this patron, specifying a hold note 5. Check in an item to fill the hold and click "Confirm and print slip" 6.
