Katrin Fischer b1c97f0ff6 Bug 16385: Fix breadcrumbs when ordering from subscription 
- Rephrase removing 'Shopping'
- Fix link to vendor

To test:
- Create a subscription for vendor X
- Create a baskest for vendor X
- Choose: order from subscription
- Check breadcrumbs:
  - Link to vendor works
  - 'Shopping' is gone, Basket remains
