We will need a few additional parameters for merge later on. This patch puts the original parameters in a parameter hash. For the same reason DelAuthority gets a parameter hash here. Note: We remove the second parameter from the DelAuthority call in authorities/authorities-home.pl here. It was not used and could have presented problems in the future. Test plan: [1] Run t/db_dependent/AuthoritiesMarc.t. [2] Run t/db_dependent/Authorities/Merge.t.
