If the new syspref ExpireReservesMaxPickUpDelay is enabled, this will cancel holds that have been waiting for longer than the number of days specified in the syspref ReservesMaxPickupDelay. If ExpireReservesMaxPickUpDelayCharge is set, the borrower charged the fee set therein.
