Katrin Fischer 8136a31f54 Bug 7823: [SIGNED-OFF] Ergonomy improvements: Rename button to "New patron" ... "New" for adding new patrons is hard to translate and is not consistent with the naming of similar buttons in other parts of Koha. Patch changes "New" to "New patron".
