In transfers page /cgi-bin/koha/circ/branchtransfers.pl : Itemtype is always from biblioitems.itemtype, regardless of system preference item-level_itypes. Patch also changes template to use the object Koha::Item. Patch also fixes a small typo : closed <form> tag.
