Martin Renvoize 950074fa7e Bug 23049: Update debit_type_code 'Res' to 'RESERVE' ... This patch updates all cases where debit_type_code was 'Res' to 'RESERVE' which is more informative and consistent with the new style guidelines. The patch also ensure all calls to add_debit with a type or 'reserve' now pass the capitalised code instead.
