Incorrect checking of guarantorid was causing moremember.pl to try and construct addresses using data from non-existent guarantors ensure that test is consistently checking that value is defined and not '', '0' or 0 [ i.e. what perl does for you anyway!!] Signed-off-by: Chris Cormack <chrisc@catalyst.net.nz>
