Galen Charlton b49a0a30a1 bug 4176: remove references to unimplemented system preference MIME ... The intended functionality of this system preference was never implemented. To avoid template changes prior to 3.2.0, put in hard-coded string 'CSV' to (accurately) identify the type of the output files in the affected reports.
