This patch fixes remaining cases of the list => scalar change.
To test:
- Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Holds/HoldFulfillmentPolicy.t t/db_dependent/Reserves.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail
- Apply this patch
- Run:
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Holds/HoldFulfillmentPolicy.t t/db_dependent/Reserves.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass
