This patch corrects a string in the staff interface's ILL requests template. "This item cannot be issued as it has no biblio record associated with it" is updated to read "This item cannot be checked out as it has no bibliographic record associated with it." I don't know how to trigger the error message in the interface, but the change is simple enough that it could be verified by examining the patch.
