Bug 29002: Trigger table reload on timeline move

This patch triggers the bookings table to refresh when a booking it
edited on a page where the table is visable.

Test plan
1) Follow the previous test plans
2) Edit a booking
3) Note that on saving the table is updated to reflect your edit
