Bug 18789: (QA follow-up) Fix showing cardnumber when creating a hold

Test plan:
1) Try to create a hold request for a patron
2) On place hold form on the first line is shown the patron name
--> without patch the cardnumber is not shown
--> with patch there is cardnumber right after the patron name
