* cc the + to each tab (for instance, only in tab 0)
* doing the french template
* fixing an annoying bug : everything is stored in the same field :

100% FUNCTIONNAL (at least I expect !)

IMPORTANT NOTE :
ALL subfields from a field MUST be in the same tab. Otherwise, Koha can't magically find how to group subfields in case of repeted fields.
I'll add a check in checkmarc immediatly.
That's not a "bug" in Koha. That's mandatory because of MARC structure.

The BornameSearch function now uses the $type parameter

Added modifications required to the systempreferences table by the new
systempreferences.pl script.  The systempreferences.pl script will not work
properly until this table is updated.

Added note detailing obsoletion of pathtotemplate() call

This was the last script using the old "pathtotemplate" subroutine.  Replaced
with get_template_and_user() call.

Using "boolean_preference()" call to get current status of YesNo type system
preferences.

Added two new routines for getting a list of available themes/languages (used
by new systempreferences.pl script to present a list of available themes or
languages).

Fixed bug #35.  System preference settings now give selectable options where
appropriate.
