   5 <p>This guided report will give you a snapshot of which (OR HOW MANY?)  items have not been checked out at all. You can limit these items by branch</p>

   8                         <li>Choose 'Patrons who haven't checked out' under 'Inactive'</li>
   9                         <li>If you do not choose any filters or limits, you will see all patrons who have not checked anything out of your library</li>
