Test Plan:
 - Create an overdue item.
 - Navigate to overdue circulation report (Home -> Circulation -> Overdues)
 - Notice there is no card number showing in the Patron column.
 - Apply patch.
 - Refresh page.
 - Notice there is a card number showing in the Patron column.
