Bug FIXING : Some SQL queries had an old SQL 4.1 form.

Fixing it with LEFT JOIN.

MUST Be CAUTIOUS about biblioitems numbers.
Does a biblio have one and only one biblioitem ?
I took this for granted. But maybe it is not supposed to be so.
