This patch adds fr-CA translations for the following sample notices:

- ACQORDER
- AR_CANCELED
- AR_COMPLETED
- AR_PENDING
- AR_PROCESSING
- AR_SLIP
- CANCEL_HOLD_ON_LOST
- CHECKOUT_NOTE
- MEMBERSHIP_EXPIRY
- PASSWORD_RESET
