ILS-DI GetRecords generates bad encoding of MARCXML for UNIMARC, like OAI in Bug 34467

Enable ILS-DI and display a record with :
<opac url>/cgi-bin/koha/ilsdi.pl?service=GetRecords&id=<biblionumber>
