Bug 26182: Clarify wording on CanMarkHoldsToPullAsLost and UpdateItemWhenLostFromHoldList

To test:
- apply patch, restart
- search sysprefs for CanMarkHoldsToPullAsLost
- confirm both sysprefs come up in search and syspref descriptions refer to each other
