Bug 9059: Increase size of opac-sendbasket window

Bug 9059: Increase size of opac-sendbasket window

Change window settings for opac-sendbasket. If you need to login
first, the window should be much larger.

Typo dependant should be dependent. Note that this setting is
ignored in much browsers. Will submit another patch to cover more occurrences.
