Test Plan:

$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha_Elasticsearch_Indexer.t

$ git bz apply 18897

$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha_Elasticsearch_Indexer.t
-- Note that the message says the correct library is missing.
run the koha qa test tools
