Bug 15476: Listname not always displayed in shelves.pl

To reproduce:
  - In staff client, go to List and click on the name of an
    existing list.
  - At the bottom of the screen, you see a title "Add an item to "
    but no list name.

To test:
  - Apply patch
  - Verify that listname appears after "Add an item to "
