Bug 23409: show borrowernotes and opacnote's lines feeds

Test plan:
  - Fill borrowernotes and opacnote with lines separated by lines
    endings,
  - save and check the content is displayed on a single line,
  - apply this patch,
  - check lines endings are displayed
