From 91b19f9f6a2520eb90409b9be10743a7e7783629 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Fridolyn SOMERS Date: Thu, 7 Mar 2013 17:37:16 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] Bug 9377 - itemtype in duplicate biblio search In C4::Search::FindDuplicate, when biblio has no ISBN, the duplicate search adds : $query .= " and itemtype=$result->{itemtype}". This is wrong when itemtype is defined in items. This patch simply removes the itemtype from dublicate search. Test plan : - Go to a biblio details page - Click on "Edit as new (duplicate)" - If ISBN is defined, remove it - Click on save => a duplicate is detected - Change biblio item type and save => a duplicate is detected Signed-off-by: Marcel de Rooy Signed-off-by: Jared Camins-Esakov Signed-off-by: Chris Cormack --- C4/Search.pm | 2 -- 1 file changed, 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/C4/Search.pm b/C4/Search.pm index 851a2b478d..7f02eb99bc 100644 --- a/C4/Search.pm +++ b/C4/Search.pm @@ -110,8 +110,6 @@ sub FindDuplicate { # quotes around the value $result->{title} =~ s/(and|or|not)//g; $query = "ti,ext=$result->{title}"; - $query .= " and itemtype=$result->{itemtype}" - if ( $result->{itemtype} ); if ( $result->{author} ) { $result->{author} =~ s /\\//g; $result->{author} =~ s /\"//g; -- 2.39.5
