Bug 32580: Fix typo in cancel link on background jobs page

One way to test:
* Make sure you are using Elasticsearch
* Edit a record in your catalog
* Go to: /cgi-bin/koha/admin/background_jobs.pl
* Uncheck 'Current jobs only'
* Cancel the job, you'll see a 404 error
* Apply patch
* Repeat, now the redirect should work right
