Fix an error in fr-CA-opac-bootstrap.po

msgfmt failure

misc/translator/po/fr-CA-opac-bootstrap.po:2206: 'msgstr' is not a valid
C format string, unlike 'msgid'. Reason: In the directive number 1, the
character 'M' is not a valid conversion specifier.
 msgfmt: found 1 fatal error
 1639 translated messages, 3 fuzzy translations.
