Bug 16800: Fix XSS in catalogue/*detail.tt - author

Test plan:
catalogue a bibliographic record with a author=
  </title><script>alert('XSS')</script>

Go on the detail pages.
=> Without this patch you will see the alert
=> With this patch, no more alert
