The basketno is missing from the 2 links in acqui/parcel.tt
Better to retrieve the basketno from the order in the controller.
Test plan:
Create an order, receive it
On the parcel view notice that the "Cancel order" link leads to a
confirmation page that does not contain the info of the basket.
It's fixed with this patch applied.
Note: Don't fully receive, but 'Receive shipment' from vendor, choose an invoice, and cancel the order from the list to be received

Not sure how to reproduce this one as it happened. But might be related to repeated clicking, backspacing etc.
Test plan:
Create a new basket and order.
Open this same basket in two browser tabs.
Cancel the order line (delete catalog record) in tab 1.
Go to second tab, try again.
Without this patch, it will crash. With this patch, an error message.

It will conflict with other ->messages methods, it's too generic.
Bug 29230 needs Koha::Patron->messages to return Koha::Patron::Messages for instance.

If an order is cancelled but the associated bib / items are unable to be
removed, we go into error handling. We still need to log the
cancellation though. So this fix moves the logging to just after the
cancellation, so it will be logged regardless of the outcome with
associated things.

On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.
That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.
This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl

And a lot of other manual changes.
export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

There is a "debug" parameter we are passing from the controller scripts
to C4::Auth::get_template_and_user, but it's not actually used!

This patch makes the mentioned controller scripts use the new
$order->cancel method instead of DelOrder.
To test:
1. Apply this patches
2. Have a basket with some orders
3. Play with cancelling orders and removing baskets
=> SUCCESS: No behaviour change!
=> SUCCESS: No errors!

1) Go to Acquisitions -> Find a vendor -> View a basket with orders in
it (or make a new basket and add an order)
2) Click Cancel order
3) Notice incomplete breadcrumbs, and 'Acquisition' typo
4) Apply patch and refresh page
5) Breadcrumbs should be fixed. Confirm links to vendor and basket work
as expected
