When changing suggestion, the selected tab is kept.
The same should be done with the selected branch.
Test plan:
- Go to suggestions table : /cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl
- Select a branch in Acquisition information > For
- Select a pending suggestion
- Change status as accepted
- Click on Submit
=> without patch, the table is no longer filtered by branch
=> with patch, the table is filtered by branch

This patch makes changes to Font Awesome icons in order to make icon
choice consistent for common actions.
<i class="fa fa-trash"></i> where something is deleted, removed, or
emptied.
<i class="fa fa-remove"></i> where an operation is cancelled (also where
selections are cancelled, as in checkboxes).
<i class="fa fa-times-circle"></i> for "close," as in baskets and
windows.
To test, apply the patch and view the following pages to confirm that
the correct icon is used:
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Vendor delete button.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Edit -> Delete contact button.
- Acquisitions -> Invoices -> Delete menu item.
- Cataloging -> Edit record -> Authority search pop-up (triggered from
the tag editor for a tag linked to an authority) -> Clear field button
- Authorities -> Authority detail -> Delete button.

This patch adds translatability for the tab "Unknown" in
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/suggestion/suggestion.tt
To test:
- Apply patch
- Examine koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/suggestion/suggestion.tt
and verify that it handles the label "Unknown" (line 496)
- Go to suggestion/suggestion.pl, set status of a suggestion to -- Choose a status --
and verify that the tab "Status unknown" appears
- Bonus test: Go through a translation process and verify that "Status unknown" is
translated
Note: If you have a suggestion with unknown status, all suggestions are listed under
this tab. This is not in the scope of this bug; this bug is about translation
only.

This patch moves the JavaScript files in prog/en/js to prog/js.
JavaScript files do not need to be in the directory which is processed
by the translator.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client to
confirm that JavaScript files are still loading correctly.
Revised: I intended for this to be built on top of Bug 15883 as well as
Bug 16242. Now it is.

The staff client CSS is not language-specific, so it can be moved out of
the en/ directory and thus not be duplicated for every translation.
In order to be able to have a generic path to the YUI CSS files, the YUI
directory is moved by this patch to the staff client's lib/ directory.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client.
Look in particular at pages which include more than the standard CSS.
For example:
- The staff client login page.
- The staff client home page.
- Patron -> Set permissions.
- The advanced cataloging editor.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket groups.
- Tools -> News -> Edit news.
- Administration -> System preferences.

correctly (select the entry you have choosen before, etc.)
- Edit a subscription, the location dropdown list should select the
correct value.
- Edit and view a suggestion with a 'reason for suggestion' set (you
should have at least 1 OPAC_SUG AV defined)

The "highlight" class on table rows is unnecessary since we have a CSS
rule which defines colors for alternating row colors. This patch removes
use of the "highlight" class from templates and removes the definition
from staff-global.css

This patch uses the new SUGGEST_FORMAT authorized value list for
populating the list of suggestion item types/document types. It
also improves the display by using the staff or OPAC description of
the authorised value rather than the code.
To test:
[1] Enter a suggestion via the OPAC and select an item type (which
I will call "desired format" for the rest of this test plan).
[2] Verify that the saved suggestion displays the desired format
description in both staff and OPAC.
[3] Verify that organizing the list of suggestions by item type
now works in the staff interface, rather than displaying "Unknown"
in each tab header.
[4] Verify that existing suggestions' desired formats are displayed
correctly.
[5] Verify that suggestions can have their desired format edited
in the staff inteface.

- Leave all other fields of the suggestion form untouched.
- Save your first suggestion.
- Enter a second suggestion with the same title.
Before this patch, the suggestion was not inserted without alert.

To avoid homonyms, it would be nice if the card number is displayed in the user
suggestion.pl. Currently, consult the record of the user to know exactly who
made the suggestion.
TEST PLAN: Apply the patch. Go on suggestion.pl. Check that nothing has
changed, except that cardnumbers are displayed in 'Suggested by' column.
Resolved an easy conflict while applying. Followed test plan. Works as expected.

The suggestion date filters appear to be picking up a style change which
wasn't anticipated for the suggestions page markup. This patch solves
the problem by simplifying and standardizing the markup, including
simplifications to the label structure.
To test, apply the patch and view the suggestions management page in the
staff client. Expand the "suggestion information" filter section and
confirm that the label/input structure looks correct and works
correctly.

This minor follow-up revises the language a bit: Adding missing question
marks and using the more standard prompt "Please select at least one..."
To test, follow the previous test plan and confirm that the prompts are
improved:

suggestions but no confirmation is needed.
This could produce unexpected lost of data.

The fund and status columns on the suggestions page are not sortable or
searchable. This patch makes them so.
This patch also amends the DataTables configuration to use class-based
targeting for sorting types as was decided on the koha-devel list. The
table markup has been modified accordingly.
To test you must have existing suggestions. Apply the patch and go to
Acquisitions -> Suggestions. View the table of existing suggestions and
confirm that the funds and status columns are sortable and searchable.
Confirm that the title column correctly ignores articles when sorting.

The recent upgrade to jQueryUI didn't take into account the new method
for forcing selection of a tab by adding a class to the tab markup. This
patch corrects this by updating the class name.
This patch also updates one instance where it was necessary to switch to
the new function for selecting a tab by ID, introduced by Bug 12075.
To test, view the following pages:
- Perform a catalog search in the staff client. On the search results
page the "Search the catalog" tab should be selected.
- In Acquisitions, view the basket groups page for a vendor which has
open and closed basket groups
(/cgi-bin/koha/acqui/basketgroup.pl?booksellerid=X). Append
"&listclosed=1" to the URL. The "Closed" tab should be selected.
- In Administration -> Authorized values, modify an authorized value for
which an icon has been selected. When the edit form loads the
corresponding icon tab should be selected.
- In Administration -> Item types, modify an itemtype for which an icon
has been selected. When the edit form loads the corresponding icon tab
should be selected.
- In Cataloging, open an existing record and select any tab besides the
first one. Choose "Save and continue editing" from the Save menu. When
the page reloads you should be returned to the tab you selected
before.
- In Suggestions, markup for selected the tab has been removed because
it didn't appear to be performing any function. The first tab is
selected by default. The template doesn't need to explicitly add a
class to make it so.
- In Tools -> CSV profiles, choose an existing profile for editing. When
the page loads the "Edit existing profile" tab should be selected.

Through some quirk of the translation script a predefined value on a
text input is not properly translated even though the string appears in
the po file. On the suggestions form the problem can be solved by using
the HTML5 placeholder attribute.
To test you must have existing suggestions to manage. Apply the patch
and:
- Update a translation by running tranlsate update [language code]
- Install/reinstall the translation by running translate install
[language code]
- In the English templates:
- Navigate to Acquisitions -> Suggestions and find the "Mark selected
as:" section below the table of existing suggestions.
- Select "Other" from the "choose a reason" field. A text input field
should appear with the placeholder text "please note your reason
here."
- In the templates you updated and installed, follow the same procedure
above. The placeholder text should now appear with the correct
translation.
- In both English and translated templates using this bulk-status option
should save your chosen status correctly with the correct reason,
whether that reason be predefined or manually entered.

The default entry is 20 and can be apply to all tables.
Bug 11555 apply the menu entries to all tables, redefining it is
uesless and can be removed.
Test plan:
Test pages impacted by this patch and verify there is no regression on
the tables.

The form for adding a new purchase suggestion in the staff client
indicates that the title field is required but does nothing to enforce
this rule. This can be handled client-side with HTML5 validation
attributes and Koha's built-in validation plugin. This patch implements
this.
To test, apply the patch and go to Acquisitions ->
Suggestions -> New purchase suggestion. Try submitting the form without
entering a title. Doing so should trigger a validation warning.
Submission of the form with valid data should work correctly. Editing an
existing suggestion should also work correctly.
The patch displays a message 'Required' near the title field.
After submitting a empty title it changes to 'This field is required'

This patch modifies the template for the suggestions page to use
the new DataTables include. This simplifies the inclusion of assets and
updates to the latest DataTables version.
Sorting is now configured to exclude articles when sorting the title
column.
To test, apply the patch and view the suggestions page (Acquisitions ->
Suggestions). Sorting of suggestions should work correctly.

This patch removes the KohaAuthorisedValues TT plugin; uses of it are
replaced by the AuthorisedValues plugin, which does the same thing.

Looking at the TT plugin directory I notice we have some plugins that
seem to do the same thing:
KohaBranchName.pm
Branches.pm
This patch drops KohaBranchName in favor of Branches
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) View a basket group, note the branch name is displayed
3) View a subscription's details, note the branch name is displayed
4) View suggestions, note the branch names are displayed
5) Return an item that needs transfered, note the branch name is displayed
6) Run 'prove t/db_dependent/Koha_template_plugin_Branches.t'

This patch adds a new tab to the patron side menu for purchase
suggestions. From this new tab, a librarian can view the patron's
existing purchase suggestios and also create new suggestions in the
name of that patron.
Test Plan:
1) Apply patch
2) Ensure the system preference 'suggestions' is enabled
3) View the details for a patron
4) Click the new 'Purchase suggestions' tab
5) Click the 'New purchase suggestion' button
6) Add the new purchase suggestions
7) You should now end up back at the borrower's purchase suggestions
8) Verify the new purchase suggestion was added

This patch makes several improvements to the suggestions template:
- Improved breadcrumbs and page title.
- Fixed a JavaScript error which appeared when viewing or editing a
suggestion.
- Added an 'Edit' and a 'Delete' button to the suggestion detail page.
- Corrected capitalization.
To test:
- Perform various operations with suggestions management and
confirm that page titles and breadcrumbs are correct.
- View the detail page for an individual suggestion and confirm that
the edit and delete buttons work correctly.
- Confirm that there are no JavaScript errors when viewing or editing a
suggestion, in particular when changing Acquisition information
(quantity, currency, price).

When using the 'Organize by' option to change the display of the
suggestions, the option is applied, but the pull down always jumps
back to the first entry 'Status'.
This patch fixes that.
To test:
- Try out all settings and verify that after the page reloads the selected
option is applied to your suggestions and the pull down shows
the option you selected.
Note: Until bug 10519 is properly fixed the tabs will not show
the correct descriptions, but the URL will show you the selected
option as parameter: displayby=acceptedby

This patch allows for the addition of new suggestion status by adding
authorised values of the category SUGGEST_STATUS
I sign it off. Details of my test plan :
1. Applying the patch
2. Checking existing suggestions, in staff view and opac : ok
3. Creating a new suggestion in staff and in opac : ok
4. Moving a suggestion into one of the old categories : ok
5. Adding a new authorized value category named SUGGEST_STATUS and fill it with 3 values :

titi titipro titiopac
toto totopro totoopac
For "tata", I defined a branch restriction on branche B.
6. Connecting in staff interface as a librarian of branch A : I could only use codes titipro and totopro. On OPAC, these codes were displayed as totoopac and titiopac
7. Connecting as librarian of branch B : I could use the 3 codes
8. Checking tabs visible : new tabs for tata, titi, toto, but also a new "Unknown" tab with 0 record.
Maybe point 8 could be fixed in a followup.

Labels which precede a text input or select typically have a colon
before them:
Name: [____]
This patch cleans up templates where labels in this context lack a
colon. Exceptions to this rule include radio buttons, checkboxes, and
labels inside tables.
To test, view the affected pages and confirm that labels look
consistent.
