The 'completed' flag was causing the wrong status to be shown, but we
can also give a more useful message to the patron.
To test:
1) Enable the UseRecalls system preference and set up your
recalls-related circulation rules.
2) Check out an item to Patron B.
3) Log into the OPAC as Patron A and search for the item.
4) Place a recall on that item.
5) Go back to the staff client and check the item in. Confirm the recall
as waiting for Patron A.
6) Go back to the OPAC record page and look at the holdings table.
Notice the status still says the item is Available.
7) Apply patch, restart services, refresh the OPAC.
8) Confirm the holdings table status now says the item has a pending
recall.

The current situation is that biblio-level holds can be assigned an item
type, so they can only be fulfilled by items matching that specified
item type (be it item-level itype or the fallback to biblio-level).
But there's the situation in which max holds limits for a specific item
type can be overridden by using biblio-level holds with item type
selection (AllowHoldItemTypeSelection) enabled.
To test:
1. Have a patron of category 'Staff' (S)
2. Have 3 records with items with the 'BK' item type, and maybe others
3. Enable AllowHoldItemTypeSelection
4. Set a limit of 2 max holds for that category+item type
5. In the OPAC. Place bibio-level holds, with item type contraint to 'BK' on those 3 records
=> FAIL: You can place the 3 holds
6. Cancel the holds
7. Apply this patch and restart all
8. Repeat 5
=> SUCCESS: You can only place 2 holds
9. Run:
$ kshell t/db_dependent/Reserves.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
10. Sign off :-D

There were several templates where we were still using the term
"reserve" instead of "hold." This patch corrects the ones I found,
including in a couple of HTML comments.
To test, apply the patch and confirm that the changes look correct and
affect only the relevant term.

This patch corrects the word "PLease" to "Please." The patch also adds
some periods at the end of some alert strings to make punctuation
consistent between different alerts.
To test, an inspection of the patch is probably enough. The main fix
(the "PLease") only appears when an unknown error occurs.

When showing an authority, there is a link to search biblio records it is used in.
Actually this link uses 'q=an=$auth_id', this is wrong for an URL, and other places use 'idx:value'.
It does not break search with Zebra nor Elasticsearch but it is better to use ':'

This patch adds an additional system preference check to the part of the
OPAC bibliographic detail template which conditionally loads Babelthèque
JavaScript. The script tag should not be output if there is no
Babeltheque_url_js setting to use.
To test, apply the patch and search for "Babeltheque" in system
preferences.
- Set "Babeltheque" to "Do" include information.
- Enter a path in the "Babeltheque_url_js" preference, e.g.
"https://www.example.com/example.js" It doesn't have to be a valid
Babeltheque URL.
- In the OPAC, view the bibliographic detail page for any title. If you
used a dummy URL for the js preference you should see an error in the
console about the file not being found. This confirms that the
template logic is working. If you used a working Babeltheque URL then
the corresponding content should load.
- Return to system preferences and remove the URL from the
"Babeltheque_url_js" preference.
- Return to the bibliographic detail page in the OPAC and confirm that
there is no warning in the console about "'src' attribute of <script>
element is empty."

This patch fixes the calendar.inc includes in both staff and OPAC in
order to remove a typo: An extra space in the check for the "dateformat"
system preference.
The result of this error is that changes to the dateformat system
preference will not be correctly applied to Koha without a restart.
To reproduce the problem start the process of creating a new patron.
- In the date of birth field, select a date. The format of the date
inserted should match your current dateformat system preference.
- Go to Administration -> System preferences and update dateformat to
something different.
- Go back to the patron creation form (refresh it if necessary).
- The hint under the Date of birth field will match your updated system
preference, but when you pick a date using the calendar widget it
will still be formatted according to the old value of dateformat.
To test the fix, apply the patch and run through the same steps above.
A change the dateformat preference should be immediately reflected in
the functionality of the calendar widget.

This patch wraps the List RSS icon in a check on whether the list is
public. Private lists RSS can only be accessed by a logged-in patron.
To test apply the patch and view a public list in the OPAC. You should
see an RSS link icon next to the list title.
Now log in to the OPAC and view a private list. There should be no RSS
link.
Note the QA tool warning about the aria-hidden attribute is a false
positive. The parent element has a label.

This patch corrects the is_valid_date function in the OPAC and staff
interface so that it work correctly with Flatpickr.
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.
- In the staff client, locate a bibliographic record and edit its items.
- Test that the "Date acquired" date picker works correctly and that
there are no errors in the browser console.
- Test other date input fields to check that they still work, e.g.
specify due date during checkout; Catalog statistics wizard; Patron
entry/modification, etc.
- Perform similar tests in the OPAC: Hold suspension; Update your
personal details.

This patch adds a new page opac-reset-password where a user cna enter their login
(userid or carndumber), current password, and new password.
If the user has a password expiration date and the current password is correct and
the new passwords match and meet requirements their password will be updated and the
expiration date reset
A patron whose password does not expire will be reidrected to login to change their password
To test:
1 - Apply patch, updatedatabase, enable new syspref EnableExpiredPasswordReset
2 - Set 'Password expiration' for a patron category
Home->Administration->Patron categories->Edit
3 - Create a new patron in this category with a userid/password set, and an email
4 - Update the patron with an expiration to be expired

7 - Confirm you are signed out and notified that password must be reset

11 - Confirm you are notified of invlaid credentials
12 - Fill in all fields, but enter current password as new password

14 - Set minimum password length / strong password requirement for category
15 - Confirm you receive error if new password too short or not secure
16 - Enter a valid new password and submit and confirm update is successful
17 - Confirm you have buttons to go to OPAC or Staff and that both work
18 - Confirm you cna log in (i.e. expiration has been reset)
19 - Expire the users password
20 - Remove catalogue permission
21 - Reset password again and confirm only OPAC link

If the passed credentials are wrong, we shouldn't expose things like the
password is expired.
This patch takes care of that.
To test:
1. Have a known patron with password_expiration_date set so its
password is expired. Can be done like:
$ koha-mysql kohadev
> UPDATE borrowers \
SET password_expiration_date='2022-04-25' \
WHERE borrowernumber=132;
Note: change the borrowernumber
2. Attempt to login to the OPAC with wrong credentials
=> SUCCESS: You are rejected, with a message telling credentials are
wrong
=> FAIL: You are told the password is expired.
3. Apply this patch and restart Plack
4. Repeat 2
=> SUCCESS: You are rejected, credentials are wrong and no mention to
password being expired.

This patch adds the ability to define password_expiry_days for a patron
category.
When defined a patron's password will expire after X days and they will
be required to reset their password. If OPAC resets are enabled for the
catgeory they may do so on their own, otherwise they will need to
contact the library
To test:
1 - Apply patch, updatedatabase
2 - Set 'Password expiration' for a patron category
Home-> Administration-> Patron categories-> Edit
3 - Create a new patron in this category with a userid/password set,
and an email
4 - Confirm their password_expiration_date field is set

This patch updates the new modal to use the /public version of the
libraries endpoint for fetching library data. This ensure the feature
works as expected prior to patron login.
This patch updates the three scripts that fetched the soonest renewal date
to use the return from CanBookBeRenewed
To test:
1 - Set a circulation rule with a 'no renewal before' set to 3, loan length set to 5
2 - Check out an item to a patron that uses this rule
3 - Verify the checkouts for the patron show the correct 'No renewal before' date
4 - Sign in to the patron's opac account
5 - Verify the item shows it cannot be renewed, and shows the correct date
6 - Go to Circulation->Renew
7 - Attempt to renew using barcode
8 - Confirm error shows the soonest renewal date

Add new jQuery plugin "autofill" which transforms selected element(s)
into search fields for Google Books API and automatically fills
requested fields with search result.
Use in OPAC purchase suggestions to automatically fill out fields when
entering ISBN-number.
Test plan:
1. Run updatedatabase.pl
2. Enable system precference "OPACSuggestionAutoFill"
3. Log into OPAC and go to purchase suggestions page
4. Write a valid ISBN (such as 0-9690745-2-2 or 978-1-78416-110-1) into
the ISBN field and click the 'search google books' button, or unfocus
the field.
5. Title, Author, Publisher, publication year and Item Type fields should now be filled
automatically.
6. Press "clear form" to undo - should restore all fields that the API pull
filled to empty

This patch updates the recalls page in the OPAC so that it uses
Flatpickr for the "Recall not needed after" field.
To test apply the patch and enable the UseRecalls preference if
necessary. You made need to update your circulation rules as well,
defining some default values for recalls.
- Log in to the OPAC.
- Locate a bibliographic record which has one item and that item is
checked out.
- Click "Place recall."
- The "Recall not needed after" field should be styled correctly, and
clicking it should trigger the calendar popup.
- You should be limited to selections after today's date.

Like in many websites, when scrolling down the page make a button appear to go back to top.
This can be very useful specially in search results page.
This patch adds to OPAC using Javascript a button with id "backtotop".
Button appears when 300 pixels from top are hidden.
This value may be adapted.
Test plan
1) Go to OPAC
2) Perform a search with many results
3) Scroll down
=> Back to top button appears
4) Manually scroll back to top
=> Button disappears
5) Scroll down and click on Back to top button
=> You get to top

This patch updates the OPAC authority search results page so that it
uses the term "record" instead of "biblio."
The patch also changes how the template outputs the count of records so
that it is correctly pluralized, e.g. "1 record" vs. "2 records."
To test, apply the patch and perform an authority search in the OPAC.
In the search results, confirm that the last table header reads
"Records." The information in that column should be correct, using the
word record or records.

With these patches, jQuery versions in the OPAC and staff interface are
both updated to 3.6.0. The latest version of jQuery Migrate is installed
to allow us to take a slower approach to updating out-of-date syntax.
To test, apply the patch and try as many pages as you can, paying
attention to the browser console to watch for errors.

This patch proposes to add a Bootstrap tooltip to the OPAC masthead's
search field to indicate to the user when SearchMyLibraryFirst is in
effect. I think this lets the form layout stay clean-looking and is more
informative to the user because they don't have to look for the HTML
title tag tooltip.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Go to Administration -> Global system preferences.
- Set the OpacAddMastheadLibraryPulldown preference to "Don't add."
- Set the SearchMyLibraryFirst preference to "Limit."
- Go to the OPAC and confirm that the main search field in the masthead
has a filter icon in the background, indicating that searches will be
limited.
- Hover your mouse over the search field and a tooltip should pop up,
"Searching in <library> only"
- The message should also be triggered when you click inside the form
field.
- Change the OpacAddMastheadLibraryPulldown and SearchMyLibraryFirst
preferences again and the form should return to its normal behavior.

In modern front-end websites, first think you see in header region is an large input text with a search icon.
No need to say it is a search form.
We still tell it in 'title' attribut for accessibility.
This patch removes 'Search' text.
If 'my library first' feature is enabled, shows a text in title of a
question mark icon.
In submit button, replaces 'Go' with a seach icon and add title
'Search'.

If a staff member has access to the staff client (either because
'catalogue' permission is enabled or they're a superlibrarian
then that user can add items (from OPAC or staff client) to a list
marked 'Staff only'
Test plan:
1. In the staff client go to: Lists > 'New list'. Notice under 'Allow changes to contents
from' there are three options: Nobody, Owner only, Anyone seeing this
list
2. Apply first 3 patches and run updatedatabase.pl

This patch adds a new system preference, OpacAdvancedSearchTypes, as an
OPAC-specific version of the AdvancedSearchTypes preference. Values from
AdvancedSearchTypes are copied to OpacAdvancedSearchTypes so that
behavior is consistent.
The patch also alters the output of the "Most popular" page so that:
1. The page heading is correct ("Most popular titles" instead of "Top
issues").
2. The table show both item type and collection whether or not the user
has submitted query with one of those fields as a filter.
To test, apply the patch and run the database update process.
- Go to Administration -> System preferences.
- Search for AdvancedSearchTypes. You should get two results, one for
the OPAC preference and one for the staff interface.
- Check that the OpacAdvancedSearchTypes settings match the
AdvancedSearchTypes settings.
- View the advanced search pages in the staff interface and OPAC to
confirm that the tabs look correct.
- Change the OpacAdvancedSearchTypes and AdvancedSearchTypes settings to
be different and confirm that each is applied separately to each
interface.
- Enable the OpacTopissue system preference.
- View the "Most popular" page in the OPAC.
- The page heading should be correct.
- The OpacAdvancedSearchTypes settings should be reflected in the
"Refine your search" sidebar: If "Collection" is checked, a filter
for collection should appear. If "Item types" is checked, a filter
for item types should appear.
- The output of your search should include collection and item type
regardless of what filters you've submitted.

Some discovery tools can't translate ISL-DI results, it would be useful
if we can get ISL-DI output already translate.
This patch add an optional parameter language to GetAvailability, and
make GetAvailability results translatable.
If no parameter is given the output language is the language of the
cookies is present or the first language in the opac language list.
Test plan:
1. Enable the ILS-DI system preference
2. Locate a record
3. Test these URLs:
[OPACBASEURL]/cgi-bin/koha/ilsdi.pl?service=GetAvailability&id=[BIBLIONUMBER]&id_type=biblio

There are 2 prefs that control the default view of biblio detail pages:
IntranetBiblioDefaultView for staff and BiblioDefaultView for OPAC.
There are as well viewISBD, viewLabeledMARC and viewMARC to allow/don't
allow access to those page for staff members.
This code need to be in a single place to avoid discrepancy.
Test plan:
Play with BiblioDefaultView and IntranetBiblioDefaultView and confirm
that the links of biblio point to the correct view.

The self registration form stores a new borrower as a borrower modification when verifying by email.
Borrower modifications can handle extended attributes.
This patch simply sotres the extended attributes in the modifications table, and approves a modification
to the extended attributes only after patron is created
To test:
1 - Apply patch
2 - Create a patron attribute and set it as viewable/editable in the OPAC
3 - Set system preference PatronSelfRegistrationVerifyByEmail
4 - Reigster a new patron on the OPAC, provide an email and populate the extended attribute

This patch updates templates to include the new version of jQueryUI. It
removes some references to the now unused datepicker widget as well as
the jQuery timepicker addon.
Some minor JavaScript and style updates to fix issues resulting from the
upgrade.
To test, apply the patch and update the CSS in the staff interface AND
in the OPAC
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
IN THE OPAC:
- The OPAC only uses the tabs jQueryUI widget.
- View pages where tabs are used: Bibliographic details, user summary,
advanced search.
IN THE STAFF INTERFACE:
- The staff interface uses four jQueryUI widgets: accordion,
autocomplete, sortable, and tabs
- Test the accordion widget on two pages: Administration -> Table
settings and Patrons -> Patrons requesting modifications.
- Test autocomplete (requires PatronAutoComplete to be enabled) on
various pages. For example:
- From the "Check out" tab in the header search box.
- From the "Search patrons" tab in the header search box, e.g. from
the main Patrons page.
- Place hold -> Search patrons.
- Tools -> Patron lists -> Add patrons to list -> Patron search.
- Test sortable:
- Administration -> System preferences -> Language.
- With more than one language installed you should be able to
drag to re-order the enabled languages. Confirm that your change
is saved successfully.
- Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework -> MARC structure ->
Edit subfields on a tag with multiple subfields. You should be able
to drag to re-order the tabs at the top of the subfield constraints
edit page. Confirm that your changes are saved successfully.
- Cataloging -> New record. Test that you can re-order subfields
under a tag with multiple subfields and that your changes are
saved.
- Tabs: View various pages with tabs: Check out, bibliographic details,
basic MARC editor. They're everywhere.
Also confirm that the removal of the leftover datepicker doesn't affect
pages which use the calendar include: Test various pages which use
Flatpickr, e.g. check out, renew, reports, etc.

7. Try changing/removing/adding content from OpacMySummaryNote in HTML customizations
8. Make sure your edits are reflected when you look at the user summary page

This patch modifies the holds page in the OPAC so that users selecting a
specific item to place a hold on can sort the table of items.
This patch also removes some obsolete JavaScript left over from before
Flatpickr.
To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Circulation and
fine rules to make sure at least one item type in your system has
"OPAC item level holds" set to "allow."
- Log in to the OPAC as a user who can place holds.
- Search the catalog for items which will accept item-level holds.
- Place a hold on one of the results, and click the "Show more options"
link on the holds page.
- Check the "specific item" radio button.
- A table of items should be displayed. Confirm that the table is
sortable.
- The first entry in the table should be selected.
- Perform the same test when placing a hold on multiple titles.
Confirm that each table of items is sortable.

This patch replaces the use of jquery.cookie.js in the OPAC with the
newer js-cookie plugin. The patch adds the latest version of the
js-cookie library and removes the old jquery.cookie plugin.
To test, apply the patch and go to the advanced search page in the OPAC.
- Perform a search using a number of different limits and settings, e.g.
keyword, item type, and sort-by.
- On the search results page you should see at the top of the results
list a link to "Return to the last advanced search."
- The link should take you back to the advanced search page with all the
same settings filled into the form.
- A search with the "More options" view enabled in the advanced search
form should result in a link which returns to the "More options" view.
- Searching via the "quick search" form at the top of the page should
clear the cookies which were set in order to remember the advanced

This patch updates the OPAC suggestions form to update the variable
used to pre-select the logged-in user's library.
To test, apply the patch and make sure the "suggestion" preference is
set to "Allow."
- Log in to the OPAC and click "your purchase suggestions" in the
sidebar menu on your summary page.
- Click "New purchase suggestion."
- The selected library should match the logged-in user's home library.

I'm not sure if this is the actual issue, but I found that the patch puts the span with
the class "publisher_name" inside a new span with typeOf="Organization".
In this patch, I removed that new span, to keep it coherent with the previous code.
Also, the MARC 260 subfields are displayed correctly !

$a$a$b$b$c. This goes against the standard.
This patch preserves the order.

This patch modifies the XSL template for OPAC search results in order to
improve HTML validation: Changing some <span>s to <div>s will prevent an
error when those <span>s contain block-level elements.
To test, apply the patch and restart_all if necessary.

2. Look at the links on both the results and detail pages.
3. Look at the '|' and notice it is outside any HTML element, making it
hard to remove.
4. Apply the patch and regenerate the CSS
5. Look at both the pages again and notice that the '|' is now a psuedo
element.
6. It should look identical to the way it did without the patch
7. Switch the system pref OPACURLOpenInNewWindow to 'do' and make sure
the the links look and function right still.

In case of the previous bug, the page was calling the callback function
every 100ms, endlessly. We should add a test to prevent future similar
problem.
Test plan:
Remove the previous patch "Prevent local cover image to be hidden if
Coce is enabled"
Recreate the test plan
=> You should see the local image displayed after 5 seconds, and a
log in the JS console

2. Go to the self reg form and look at the Home library field, it defaults to the first choice alphabetically
3. Fill out the other required fields and the captcha. Don't change the branchcode value.
4. Submit the form, it submits.
5. If branchcode is required it should default to an empty value and force the user to make a choice.
6. Apply patch
7. Repeat 1-3
8. Now you cannot submit the form unless you choose a branchcode
9. Make sure it still works normally when branchcode is not in PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerMandatoryField

The OPAC was originally featured a search results facets box that would
collapse at narrower browser widths and show a "Refine your search" link
under the breadcrumbs menu. At some point this broke, with the "Refine
your search" link appearing at the bottom instead.
This patch revises the page to restore the previous behavior.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Perform catalog search in the OPAC which will return multiple results.
- View the page at various browser widths. At narrower widths the facets
menu should appear as a "collapsed" box with a "Refine your search"
link.
- Clicking the link should toggle the facets menu visibility.

This patch refactors the code around JavaScript-driven responsive
behavior in the OPAC. The use of Modernizr dropped and the dependency
removed.
This patch also adds a missing listing for Enquire.js licensing on the
"About" page.
To test, apply the patch and perform a catalog search in the OPAC.
- Narrow your browser window until its width falls below 609 pixels
(Using your browser's Responsive Design Mode is helpful for this, e.g.
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Responsive_Design_Mode)
- The window should automatically scroll to the "main content" area, in
this case the section headed by "Your search returned..."
- Change your browser window's width until it falls below 768 pixels.
- Scroll to the bottom of the search results where you should find the
"Refine your search" facets box collapsed.
- As you increase your browser width above 768 pixels the facets box
should expand.

This patch adds a 'holdable' and 'unholdable' class to the rows of the table
Additionally I rename the 'backgroundcolor' field to 'onloan' as that is what it contains.
Note: Out of the box, there is no css associated with this class
I add a div around the table to allow hiding the new buttons as well when optiuons are hidden
It would be nice in the future to utilise a Koha table here, however, it is complicated by multi-holds

This patch modifies the OPAC bibliographic detail page so that
information stored in libraries' "OPAC info" field can be displayed in a
modal window instead of in a tooltip. This will make it more readable,
especially for libraries with so much info content that the popup can
disappear off the bottom of the page.
To test, apply the patch and make sure you have at least one library
configured according to each of these:
A. One with both branches.branchurl and branches.opac_info
B. One with branches.branchurl but not branches.opac_info
C. One with branches.opac_info but not branches.branchurl
D. One with neither branches.branchurl nor branches.opac_info
View the bibliographic detail page in the OPAC for title(s) which have
holdings from the libraries you configured above. In the holdings table,
check the behavior of the library name in the "Current library" or "Home
library" columns *
- Case A: The library name appears as a link with an "info" icon.
Clicking it shows the library information in a modal window. In the
modal footer, a "Visit web site" button should take you to the correct
URL.
- Case B: The library name appears as a link without an icon. Clicking
the link takes you to the correct URL.
- Case C: The library name appears as a link with an "info" icon.
Clicking it shows the library information in a modal window. In the
modal footer there is no "Visit web site" button.
- Case D: The library name is plain text.
* Display of "Current library" and/or "Home library" is controlled by
the OpacLocationBranchToDisplay system preference.

The same way we have a button to immediately delete the checkouts history in the OPAC, we should have a similar option for the holds history.
This patch implements that.
To test:
1. Have a patron with some old checkouts and old holds.
2. Have OPACPrivacy, OPACHoldsHistory and opacreadinghistory enabled.
3. Notice in the OPAC the patron has some old checkouts and holds.
4. Use the Privacy tab to clean checkouts
=> SUCCESS: They are still cleaned as before this patch
5. Try to clean the old holds
=> SUCCESS: They are cleaned!
6. Add some old checkouts and holds
7. Use the new 'All' button
=> SUCCESS: All cleaned
8. Sign off :-D

useful to have a visual feedback knowing which authority is currently
displayed.

This patch upgrades the jstree plugin in the OPAC and the staff
interface. The old version had compatibility issues with the latest
jQuery.
Also changed: When viewing an authority record in the OPAC's MARC view,
clicking one of the hierarchy links should now open the MARC view again
rather than reverting to the normal view.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface and OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
To test you must have the AuthDisplayHierarchy system preference
enabled, and you must have some authorities data which can be displayed
as a hierarchy. From the test plan for Bug 8523:
"Create authority records with a hierarchy of see also fields (in
MARC21/NORMARC, you'll be using 5xx fields for this, with a subfield
$w = 'g' for broader terms and subfield $w = 'h' for narrower terms)"
- Perform an authority search in the OPAC which will return one of your
modified authority records.
- View the record.
- There should be an expanded tree menu at the top of the authority
information.
- Clicking the arrows in the tree should correctly expand
and collapse the nodes.
- Clicking the authority record link in the node should load that
record.
- Test also from the OPAC's MARC view of the authority record.
- Confirm that clicking an authority record link in the MARC view
opens the corresponding record in MARC view again.
- Perform the same tests in the staff interface.

Certainly since bug 29543 and bug 29914.
We should do the same authentication check than sco-main.pl, and also
make sure to generate the checkout history only for the logged in patron
(the OPAC one, not staff member)
Test plan:
Use the different combinations of the SCO config (AutoSelfCheckAllowed,
SelfCheckoutByLogin and WebBasedSelfCheck) and confirm that this patch
fixes the SCO print slip feature.

On bug 29844 we decided to remove wantarray from Koha::Objects->search.
Reviewing the difference occurrences I found some unnecessary uses of ->as_list,
where iterators should be used instead.
This patch only removes the obvious places, not the tricky ones.

This patch removes the use of a specific "title-numeric" sorting routine
from the DataTables configuration of the "Most popular" table. We can
use a "data-order" attribute instead.
The patch also removes the now unused code from our custom DataTables JS
file in both the OPAC and the staff interface (where it was unused).
To test, apply the patch and make sure the OpacTopissue system
preference is enabled.
- In the OPAC, view the "Most popular" page.
- Change the filter settings, if necessary, to get multiple results.
- In the results table, confirm that sorting by number of checkouts
still works correctly.
A search of the code for instances of "title-numeric" should return only
one in a comment in the official DataTables library.

1- Before applying the patch add some content to the system preference
OpacMoreSearches
2- Apply patch
3- restart_all and updatedatabase
4. Go to additional-content.pl ( HTML customizations )
5. You should now see your content from the system preference under
OpacMoreSearches in HTML customizations
6. Try searching for the system preference, OpacMoreSeaches. It has been
removed and you should not be able to find it.
7. Try changing/removing/adding content from OpacMoreSearches in HTML
customizations
8. Make sure your edits are reflected when you look at the
OpacMoreSearch area in the OPAC.

This patch restores the "Clear date to suspend indefinitely" link
associated with the "Suspend all holds" date input field.
The patch also introduces a generic ".clear-flatpickr" click handler for
Flatpickr instances.

This patch adds the "futuredate" attribute to the "Hold not needed
after" date field in the OPAC hold process.
To test, apply the patch and log into the OPAC.
- Locate a bibliographic record and being the process of placing a hold.
- Click "Show more options" to display the date fields.
- If the OPACAllowHoldDateInFuture system preferences is enabled:
- Set "Hold starts on date" to a date in the future.
- Trigger the date-picker in the "Hold not needed after" field: You
should be limited to dates *after* the date you selected above.
- If OPACAllowHoldDateInFuture is disabled:
- The "Hold starts on date" will no longer be present.
- Trigger the date-picker in the "Hold not needed after" field: You
should be limited to dates after today.

This patch reworks the process of suspending an individual hold from the
patron's hold list. Instead of repeating the modal markup in each line
of the holds table, a single modal is re-used.
A "focus: false" is added to the modal via a data-attribute in order to
overcome problems with selecting months and using keyboard navigation in
the calendar popup.
To test, apply the patch and log into the OPAC as a user with holds.
- View the holds tab under "Your summary."
- Click the "Suspend" button next to one of the holds.
- You should see a modal which shows the title of the item in question.
- Test that the date picker works correctly:
- Test selecting a month and year
- Test selecting a date both with the mouse and by using arrow keys.
- Test that you can clear the selected date both by clicking the X and
by clicking the text link.
- Select a date and close the modal without submitting the suspension.
- Click the "Suspend" link on another title to confirm that the date
picker still works correctly.
- Submit a suspension and confirm that the it completes successfully.
