d21157b35c Bug 25815: SIP Checkout: add more information on why the patron is blocked.
Currently, on SIP checkout, Koha only returns "Patron Blocked" when there is
a problem with the patron.

This patch adds more specific informations, with the following messages:

 - "Patron expired"
 - "Patron debarred"
 - "Patron has fines" (see system preference "noissuescharge")
 - "Patron blocked" (see system preference "OverduesBlockCirc")

Test plan:

 - Try to do a SIP checkout with a patron that is in one of the above situations.
 - Check that the displayed message matches the patron's situation.

9d6d641d1f Bug 17600: Standardize our EXPORT_OK
On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.

That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.

This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests

And a lot of other manual changes.

export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;

The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules

Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).

EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.

@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.

@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.

@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""

If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
  - use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine

8691809111 Bug 26591: SIP option prevcheckout_block_checkout to block checkout of previously checked-out documents
This patchs adds a new SIP option to block checkout of previously
checked-out documents: prevcheckout_block_checkout

See the CheckPrevCheckout system preference to enable previously
checked-out verification in Koha.

Test plan:
  1) Apply this patch
  2) Enable the CheckPrevCheckout syspref (on "Do" for instance)
  3) Enable prevcheckout_block_checkout in the SIP server config file
  4) Checkout and checkin an item for a user
  5) Checkout the item again with the SIP CLI tool
  6) Check that the SIP message is "This item was previously checked out by you"

05e16389ef Bug 27014: Enable C4::SIP::ILS::Patron::new to accept a hash
Caused by bug 23403 - when performing a checkin we lookup the SIP patron
using the borrowernumber, however, SIP only knows how to find a patron
via cardnumber or userid

The change on 23403 was to avoid using an 'id' that didn't always exist
(as some users don't have a userid or cardnumber

When checking in, however, we are not passed a user cardnumber or
borrowernumber, so we don't have those on hand to get the patron.

1) Check in an item via SIP, note patron is not found

5377bfc624 Bug 25541: Add ability to prevent checkin via SIP of items with holds
Some libraries would like patrons to be unable to return items with

Bug 25227: Display correct message if item is lost and lost returns are allowed
Even if a library allows returns of lost items, the SIP server returns the error message "Item lost, return not allowed" if the checkin was not ok for any reason other than it being withdrawn ( and withdrawn items not being returnable ).

The most clear example of this is that when a lost item is not checked out to a patron and is returned. SIP returns that message even though lost items *can* be returned. The actual problem being that the item was not checked out.

Test Plan:
1) Ensure you can return lost items
2) Mark an item as lost
3) Check it in via SIP
4) Note the message you get back is "Item lost, return not allowed"

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Add renewal feedback and move code to subroutines and test
Rebasing was a nightmare, so I'm squashing the sign off follow-ups to
ease the pain with any future rebases

Includes:

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Refactor renewal code
As per Nick's first point in comment #20, the code that tests for
renewability and renews items has been refactored into it's own
function.

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Provide feedback
For renewals that fail when a fine is being paid off, this patch causes
any errors to be passed back to the template for display.
Addresses the second point in Nick's comment #20

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Fix unit tests
As raised by Nick in comment #35

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Fix/improve feedback
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- it would be nice to get feedback on what was successfully renewed as well
- In general I think I would prefer to see 'ok' and 'not_ok' returned as
a single 'renewal_results' array
- There is no listing of errors if I use the 'pay' button on an
individual fine

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Refactor methods
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- I don't really like that the functions are internal functions and then
exported
- I think the pref description should highlight that if 'RenewalPeriodBase'
is set to due date, there may be doubled charges

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Add SIP summary
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- Ideally SIP would get feedback in a screen message

Bug 23051: (follow-up) Renewing in OPAC
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- I am also not sure about the code path if a patron paid fines on the
opac (via paypal etc.) but renewals are not allowed on the opac.

We've introduced the syspref RenewAccruingItemInOpac (default is off)
which, when enabled, will cause items attached to fines that are paid
off in the OPAC (via payment plugins), to be automatically renewed.

Bug 24629: SIP patron items contains an array of hashes
$patron->{items} contains the borrowers checkouts as an array of hashes
{ barcode => $item->barcode }

When printing to log we assumed these were only barcodes

This patch pushes the current checkout as a hash and maps the values retrieved to a string

To test:
1 - Enable SIP debug mode
2 - Perform multiple checkouts for a patron
3 - Note the messages like:
    koha koha_sip_koha[13575]: ILS::Checkout: patron 123 has checked out HASH(0x55a5b187f858), HASH(0x55a5b1896ad0), HASH(0x55a5b18a6cf0), 7826832
4 - Apply patch
5 - Restart all the things
6 - Do some checkouts via SIP
6 - Messages should now have barcodes

Bug 23057: If checked_in_ok is set and item is not checked out, alert flag is supressed for *any* reason
This patch fixes a bug from Bug 15221 and hopefully also makes it so that the alert flag
is suppressed when checked_in_ok is set and an item is not checked out.

To test:

0) Create patron in web interface with a cardnumber and userid of "staff" with a password
that matches the account in SIPconfig.xml. Also set their branch to CPL
(also matching SIPconfig.xml).
1) Create an item with a barcode of 'test'
2) Choose a patron to check out to and record their borrowernumber

In one terminal:
3) cd to your git directory (e.g. /home/koha/koha)
4) perl ./C4/SIP/SIPServer.pm ~/koha-dev/etc/SIPconfig.xml

In another terminal:
5) cd to your git directory (e.g. /home/koha/koha)
6) perl ./misc/sip_cli_emulator.pl -l CPL -su staff -sp <password> --port=6001 --address=localhost --item test -m checkin --patron <borrowernumber>
NOTE: You need to replace <borrowernumber> with the borrowernumber from Step 2, and <password> with the password from Step 0.

c7e48b0a1a Bug 22076: SIP checkin for withdrawn item returns ok in checkin response
If an item that is withdrawn is checked in via SIP2, Koha does not process the checkin, but still indicates the checkin succeeded via the ok flag in the checkin response message.

To recreate:
1 - Mark an item withdrawn
2 - Set up sip server:

22249e4ced Bug 16899: Add ability to disallow overpayments
Some SIP services ( such as Comprise ) require that an attempt at
over-paying a patron's account via SIP2 should fail, rather than create
a credit on the account. We should make this a configurable option on a
per-login basis in the SIP2 config file.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Enable the new parameter
   disallow_overpayment="1"
for the login to be used in this test.
3) Restart your SIP server
4) Create or find a patron with fines
5) Attempt to send a payment via SIP for more than what the
   patron's balance is
6) Note the response indicates a payment failure
7) Attempt to send a payment via SIP for the account balance or
   less
8) Note the response indicates the payment has succeeded
9) Verify in Koha that the payment was processed

97ec4ae98c Bug 18996: Handle data corruption from old_issues at SIP checkin
As per bug 18966 AddReturn returns false with a DataCorrupted message
when the issue_id at hand already occurs in the old_issues table.
This should be handled when returning an item via SIP too. SIP should
not pretend that the checkin was successful, since this item needs
special care.

The following six different situations are handled:

[1] An attempt to checkin an invalid barcode is handled as before. The
ok flag is false; the screen message shows 'Invalid Item'.
[2] We receive a DataCorrupted message: the alert type is set to the
unused 98 code to indicate this new error condition. The ok flag
is false; the screen message shows 'Checkin failed: data problem'.
[3] The item checked in was not checked out AND the option checked_in_ok
is active. The ok flag is set to true; no screen message.
[4] The item checked in was not checked out AND the option checked_in_ok
is not active. The ok flag is not changed (normally false); the screen
message shows 'Item not checked out'.
[5] (The regular checkin) The item was checked out and AddReturn returned
true. The ok flag is true; no screen message.
[6] ("Otherwise") The item was checked out, but AddReturn returned false.
The ok flag is false; the screen message shows 'Checkin failed'.
Note: Currently this case only refers to the Wrongbranch and withdrawn
messages from AddReturn (where doreturn==0).

Note: Situation 1 and 5 are unchanged. Behavior is slightly changed for
situation 3 and 4; the option is only used when the item was not checked
out. Situation 2 and situation 6 are changed. After bug 18966 SIP
returned OK in case of data corruption (while checkin failed). In the
remaining cases under [6] SIP also returned OK while checkin failed.

Test plan:
[1] Test all six cases listed above. In order to simulate data corruption
insert the issue_id at hand in old_issues before you check in.
In cases 3 and 4 you need to toggle the option in your SIPconfig.xml and
restart the SIP server.
Case 6 can be tested by checking out at branch A, adjusting the value
of pref AllowReturnToBranch and checking in at branch B.

7e62964107 Bug 16895 - Allow writeoffs via SIP2
Many SIP2 services such as those by Comprise Technologies are able to or
require that an ILS be able to accept writeoffs via SIP2. The SIP2
protocol specifies that payment type be a two digit number, but does not
specify a code for writeoffs. To this end we should allow the write-off
code to be specified in the SIP2 config on a per-account basis so that
if different vendors use different fixed codes for write-offs we can
handle that gracefully.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Modify your SIP2 config to include
      payment_type_writeoff="06"
in the login portion of the account you will be using for the test.
3) Restart your SIP2 server
4) Create a fee for a patron
5) Send a SIP2 fee paid message specifying the payment type code we
defined earlier, with a payment amount that is *not* equal to the
   amount outstanding for the fee.
6) Note the fee paid response indicates the payment failed
7) Repeat step 5, but this time send the amount outstanding as the
   payment amount
8) Note that the fee paid response indicates a successful payment
9) Note in Koha that the fee has been written off!

5887566f46 Bug 16757 - Add ability to pay fee by id for SIP2
The SIP protocol allows for a Fee Paid message to specify a fee
identifier in the CG field. While this field is read and passed to
C4::SIP::ILS::pay_fee, it is not passed along to
C4::SIP::ILS::Transaction::FeePayment::pay and is thus not used. We
should enable this functionality in Koha now that accountlines each have
a unique identifier that can be passed along to the payment requestor
via the AV field line items added by bug 14512.

Test Plan:
1) Create a fee in Koha
2) Ensure your SIP2 server is running and configured correctly
3) Send a 37 Fee Paid message to Koha's SIP server with the
accountlines_id for that fee in the CG fee identifier field,
along with the other required fields.
4) Note that specific fee was paid in Koha

203659ee60 Bug 15479 Make ILS cardnumber comparison case insensitive
The borrowers table is defined COLLATE=utf8_unicode_ci which means
that cardnumbers may be saved in either lowercase or uppercase and
these are considered equivalent.
The server was performing a case sensitive comparison between
the incoming patron identifier and that retrieved from the db
As a result some renewals were rejected as being on loan to
another borrower if the stored cardnumber differed in case.

181d3aa56d Bug 13411: Koha's SIP server returns not ok for checking in items that are not checked out
If an item is not checked out when a checkin via SIP2 is attempted,
Koha's SIP server sends back an "ok" of 0, and the AF message "Item
not checked out". I am not entirely sure this is good and correct
behavior by the SIP2 protocol.

In particular, this will cause SIP2 book sorting devices to fail on
all items that are not checked out, causing them all to be put into
the "special handling" been that should be reserved for things like
items checked in at the wrong library and items on hold.

Test Plan:
1) Apply the patch for bug 13159 so you can use the new enhanced
   SIP2 command line emulator
2) Use a command similar to the following to check in an item:
   sip_cli_emulator.pl -a localhost -su <sip user> -sp <sip password> -l <instituation id> --item <barcode> -m checkin
3) Note the 3rd character is 0, and there is an AF field saying the item is not checked out
4) Apply this patch
5) Restart the SIP server
6) Repeat steps 2-3, note that nothing has changed
7) In the SIP config file, Add the parameter checked_in_ok="1" to the SIP account you are using.
8) Restart the SIP server
9) Repeat steps 2-3, note that this time the 3rd character is 1, and you do not recieve the item not checked out message.

fe179c737d Bug 12820: Handle rental fees in Sip issue and renew
Implement correct handling of fees associated with checking out
an item.
This is associated with fee acknowledged field (BO)

To quote from the Sip2 document
" If this field is N in a Checkout message and there is a fee
associated with checking out the item, the ACS should tell the
SC in the Checkout Response that there is a fee, and refuse to
check out the item. If the SC and the patron then interact and the
patron agrees to pay the fee, this field will be set to Y on a second
Checkout message, indicating to the ACS that the patron has acknowledged
the fee and checkout of the item should not be refused just
because there is a fee associated with the item"

So there are two Checkout requests the first with BO not set to Y is
rejected but the fee amount is returned. The Second Checkout with BO set
to Y should succeed.

Added a debug log message indicating why we block a checkout
when we dont otherwise indicate

d85f757ce7 Bug 7904 Change SIP modules to use standard LIB path
For historical reasons the SIPServer and SIP modules
have used an extra module path in addition to the
standard Koha one. This has caused numerous irritants
in attempting to set up scripts and basic tests. It
does not help in attempting to modify or debug
this code

This patch changes the package value in the modules
under the C4/SIP directory and makes calls to
them use the full package name.

Where the export mechanism was being short circuited
routines have been explicitly exported and imported
declarations of 'use ILS' when that module was
not being used and which only generated warnings
have been removed.

As a lot of the changes affect lines where
an object is instantiated with new. The opportunity
has been taken to replace the ambiguous indirect
syntax with the preferred direct call

In intializing ILS the full path is added as this
will not require any changes to existing configs.
I suspect this feature is unused, and adds
obfuscation rather than flexibility but have kept
the feature as we need this change in order to
rationalize and extend the testing of the server.

The visible difference is that with the normal Koha
PERL5LIB setting. Compilation of Modules under C4/SIP
should be successful and not fail with unlocated modules,
allowing developers to see any perl warnings

All the SIP modules can now be run through the tests
in t/00-load.t now except for SIPServer itself

c8e99f313f Bug 6273: add support for recording type of payment made via SIP2
Adds support for recording in Koha accountlines a different accounttype
depending on how the fee was paid at the SIP2 station (cash, credit,
etc.)

Adds a new param to recordpayment(), $sip_paytype, which is appended to
the 'Pay' type if present. The payment description is also appended
with " (via SIP2)" if this is present.

In order for other scripts to keep working as expected, "eq 'Pay'"
needed to be replaced with a regex comparison "=~ /^Pay/", so that 'Pay'
and 'Pay-##' would continue to group together.

To test:
1. Make a payment over a SIP2 connection
2. Check the patron record in the staff client; you should see the
    modified description
3. Attempt to print a invoice or a reciept for the borrower; the
payment should show up where expected
