This patch corrects a string in the staff interface's ILL requests
template. "This item cannot be issued as it has no biblio record
associated with it" is updated to read "This item cannot be checked out
as it has no bibliographic record associated with it."
I don't know how to trigger the error message in the interface, but the
change is simple enough that it could be verified by examining the
patch.

Sometimes an ILL request is connected to the wrong borrower, and it
would be nice to be able to connect it to the right one.
In Swedish ILL the cardnumber of the patron connected with an ILL
request is entered into the central Libris system and then propagated
to Koha through the Libris API. This can lead to errors, and we have
created a dummy "ILL patron" to catch these. It would then be good
to be able to connect the ILL to the right patron in Koha.
This commit makes it possible to edit illrequests.borrowernumber.
To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Create two patrons, A and B
3. Create a new ILL request for patron A
4. Add a hold for patron A where biblionumber is the biblio tied
to this ILL request
5. Go to
cgi-bin/koha/ill/ill-requests.pl?method=edit_action&illrequest_id=161
6. Observe Patron ID is editable
7. Change borrowernumber to patron B's borrowernumber
8. Click save
9. Observe ILL request is now for patron B
10. Go to patron B's details at
cgi-bin/koha/members/moremember.pl?borrowernumber=B_borrowernumber
11. At the bottom section of the page, click 1 Hold(s)
12. Observe the hold you placed at step 4 has transferred to
patron b

This commit fixes the bug described in this bug.
- When a partner is selected, pass their borrowernumber rather than email to the
receiving script
- Iterate all selected partners, send a notice to each, using the
recipient's borrowernumber in the notice, the recipient's email is
derived from their patron object
TEST PLAN:
1. DO NOT apply the patch.
2. Follow the following setup:
*** Setup start ***
- Create a report using the following SQL in order to verify that
notices are being generated:
SELECT borrowernumber, subject, content, message_transport_type,
to_address, from_address FROM message_queue WHERE letter_code LIKE
'ILL%' ORDER BY message_id DESC
- Create two "partners". These are patrons that belong to a
patron category that has a code that matches the <partner_code> value in
your koha-conf.xml (default is ILLLIBS). Patrons in this category must
have a primary email defined. Patrons defined in this way are offered as
request partners within the ILL interface.
- Go to "Koha administration", search for "ILLModule" syspref, ensure it
is set to "Enable"
- Go to "Koha administration", search for "IllLog" syspref, ensure it is
set to "Log"
BRANCH CONFIG
- Go to "Koha administration" > "Libraries"
- Choose a library and "Edit" it
- Ensure the "Email" field for the library is populated
SENDING REQUEST TO PARTNERS
- Go to the "Manage ILL request" screen for a request, create a request
if one does not exist
- Choose "Place request with partners"
- Select both partners that were defined earlier, then click
"Send email"
- Run the report created earlier
=> TEST: Observe that a notice was created and the borrowernumber is
that of the request creator, not the recipient
*** Setup end ***
3. Apply the patch
a. Go to the "Manage ILL request" screen for a request, create a request
if one does not exist
b. Choose "Place request with partners"
c. Select both partners that were defined earlier, then click
"Send email"
d. Run the report created earlier
=> TEST: Observe that once notice per partner is created, the
borrowernumber column for each notice contains the borrower number of
the recipient, not the request creator

per other stages. The template must be named illview.inc
Test plan:
- Apply the patch
- Install FreeForm backend (https://github.com/PTFS-Europe/koha-ill-freeform)
- Create a request
- On the resulting "Manage ILL request" note the display is normal
- Create a new file in the FreeForm backend directory: /intra-includes/illview.inc
with the following content:
[% BLOCK backend_jsinclude %]
<script>(function() { alert("Working!"); })()</script>

This patch updates templates to include the new version of jQueryUI. It
removes some references to the now unused datepicker widget as well as
the jQuery timepicker addon.
Some minor JavaScript and style updates to fix issues resulting from the
upgrade.
To test, apply the patch and update the CSS in the staff interface AND
in the OPAC
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
IN THE OPAC:
- The OPAC only uses the tabs jQueryUI widget.
- View pages where tabs are used: Bibliographic details, user summary,
advanced search.
IN THE STAFF INTERFACE:
- The staff interface uses four jQueryUI widgets: accordion,
autocomplete, sortable, and tabs
- Test the accordion widget on two pages: Administration -> Table
settings and Patrons -> Patrons requesting modifications.
- Test autocomplete (requires PatronAutoComplete to be enabled) on
various pages. For example:
- From the "Check out" tab in the header search box.
- From the "Search patrons" tab in the header search box, e.g. from
the main Patrons page.
- Place hold -> Search patrons.
- Tools -> Patron lists -> Add patrons to list -> Patron search.
- Test sortable:
- Administration -> System preferences -> Language.
- With more than one language installed you should be able to
drag to re-order the enabled languages. Confirm that your change
is saved successfully.
- Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework -> MARC structure ->
Edit subfields on a tag with multiple subfields. You should be able
to drag to re-order the tabs at the top of the subfield constraints
edit page. Confirm that your changes are saved successfully.
- Cataloging -> New record. Test that you can re-order subfields
under a tag with multiple subfields and that your changes are
saved.
- Tabs: View various pages with tabs: Check out, bibliographic details,
basic MARC editor. They're everywhere.
Also confirm that the removal of the leftover datepicker doesn't affect
pages which use the calendar include: Test various pages which use
Flatpickr, e.g. check out, renew, reports, etc.

This patch updates a few more instances of jQueryUI datepickers which
were missed initially, replacing them with Flatpickr widgets.
Also changed: A few datetime input fields are updated to have a size of
20, consistent with other datetime input fields.
To test, apply the patch and go to Circulation.
Check in:
- With the 'SpecifyReturnDate' system preference enabled, go to Check
in.
- Click the "Checkin settings" link.
- Test the "Specify return date" field. Clicking it should trigger a
Flatpickr widget with a time picker. It should limit your selection to
dates in the past.
- Check the "Remember return date" checkbox and confirm that the date is
preserved over page reloads.
- Check and uncheck the "Box drop mode" checkbox to confirm that the
return date field is disabled and enabled correctly.
Check out:
- With the 'AllowRenewalOnHoldOverride' preference enabled, check out to
a patron who has a checkout which is on hold for another patron.
- At the bottom of the table of checkouts, click the "Override renewal
restrictions" checkbox.
- The on-hold checkouts should now have a checkbox in the "Renew"
column. Check one or more of these checkboxes.
- In the table footer you should now see two date inputs, "Renewal due
date" and "On hold due date." These should both trigger Flatpickr
widgets with time pickers.
- Confirm that your date selections are submitted correctly when you
renew items.
ILL checkout:
- Create a new ILL request with the type "book," filling in at least
title, patron, and destination library.
- On the "Manage ILL request" page, click "Confirm request" and "Confirm
request" on the next confirmation page.
- There should now be a "Check out" button in the "Manage ILL request"
toolbar. Click it.
- Test the "Due date" field. It should trigger a Flatpickr widget with a
time picker.

This patch replaces the use of jQueryUI's datepicker on various
unrelated pages.
To test, apply the patch and test the following pages to confirm
that datepickers work correctly. "Linked" date fields should prevent a
"to" selection which preceeds the selected "from" date.
- Tools -> Patron clubs -> New club: Linked "start date" and "end date"
fields.
- ILL requests: Two linked pairs of date fields in the sidebar, "Date
placed between" and "Updated between." Each pair should work correctly
and table filtering by date should work correctly.
- Tools -> Label creator -> Manage -> Layout batches -> Edit a batch ->
Add items. This should trigger a popup window with a linked pair of
date fields, "Added on or after date," and "Added on or before date."
- Point of sale -> Transaction history: "From" and "To" linked date
field in the "Older transactions" section.
- Acquisitions -> Suggestions -> Add a suggestion: "Created by,"
"Accepted on," and "Managed by" fields.
- Tools -> Tags -> Filter tags by date.

On the ILL request list page there are two filters for the table: One in
the sidebar and one configured automatically by the DataTables plugin. I
think these two systems are conflicting somehow to prevent the "clear
filter" button in the table toolbar from working correctly.
This patch doesn't fix the bug but avoids it: Since the filter field in
the table toolbar is duplicating the functionality of the form in the
sidebar, we could hide it and rely on the sidebar filter instead.
To test, apply the patch and go to the ILL requests page in the staff
interface.
- The table of requests should display without a search form or "clear
filter" button at the top.
- The left-hand sidebar form should now have a "keyword" filter option
which searches any column in the table.
- Other filter fields should work as before.

This patch adds the ability for ILL to send notices, both triggered by
staff and triggered by events.
Staff can trigger notices to patrons from the "Manage ILL request" screen:
- ILL request ready for pickup
- ILL request unavailable
- Place request with partners
The following notices to staff are triggered automatically:
- Request has been modified by patron
- Request has been cancelled by patron
Branches can now specify an "ILL email" address to which notices
intended to inform staff of changes to requests by patrons can be sent.
The sending of notices is controlled by a few new sysprefs:
- "ILLDefaultStaffEmail" - Fallback email address for staff ILL notices
to be sent to in the absence of a branch address
- "ILLSendStaffNotices" - To specify which staff notices should be sent
automatically when requests are manipulated by patrons
Patron notices are also controlled by the patron's messaging
preferences

This patch removes the inclusion of the jquery.checkboxes plugin from
two staff interface ILL pages where the plugin is unused.
To test you need at least one patron with some ILL requests.
- Apply the patch and locate a patron with ILL requests.
- Click the "ILL requests history" tab.
- Confirm that the table of requests has no checkboxes.
- Choose "Ill requests" from the "More" menu in the header.
- Confirm that the table of requests has no checkboxes.

This patch set attempts to replace all the <i> tags with <em> and all
the <b> tags with <strong> in the staff interface.
I attempted to get all the templates, includes, and xslt files.
To test:
1. Review the changes as best as possible, looking for mistakes.
2. grep for <i> and <b> in the modules, includes, and xslt folders. You should get nothing/
3. If you grep '<\/i>' you should only see instances of Font Awesome.
4. If you grep '<\/b>' you should only see instances where caret is used.

We are preparing the ground with this patch. As the "Columns settings"
page will now add the ability to modify settings for the whole table, it
makes sense to rename the file and the variables.
Note that the controller script (admin/columns_settings.pl) and the yml
(admin/columns_settings.yml) files have not been moved to not break
shortcuts and abits people could have. But if QA decides, it could be
easy to do.

When selecting partners for search during the "Place request with
partner libraries" workflow, there was no indication of which partners
could actually be searched (i.e. are attached to a Z target and enabled
for partner search). We now list them

We now allow for the service to return a name that can be specified in
the plugin config. This patch switches to using that, rather than just
the plugin name defined in the plugin's metadata hashref

This patch adds the required infrastructure to enable ILL availability
plugins to intercept the request creation process and, using the
supplied metadata, search for and display possible relevant items from
whichever availability plugins are installed.
Currently three availability plugins exist:
z39.50 - Searches any number of the Koha instance's configured Z targets
https://github.com/PTFS-Europe/koha-plugin-ill-avail-z3950
EDS - Searches the EBSCO Discovery Service
https://github.com/PTFS-Europe/koha-plugin-ill-avail-eds
Unpaywall - Searches the Unpaywall API for possible open access versions
of the requested item
https://github.com/PTFS-Europe/koha-plugin-ill-avail-unpaywall
The Unpaywall plugin is intended to serve as a "reference" plugin as the
API it deals with is extremely simple

This patch adopts the approach detailed in comment #1.
It also fixes a couple of additional minor bugs relating to the ILL
partner list:
- Exclude partners with no email address, we cannot use them
- Quote the "value" attribute to avoid warnings displayed by IE, they
should be quoted anyway!
Test plan: USE IE11
- Apply the patch
- Define 3 ILL partner patrons (patrons in the category that has a code
that matches the <partner_code> value in the ILL config). One patron
should have no email address, the other two should have an email address
- Navigate to "Place request with partners" for an ILL request
- TEST: Observe that the patron with no email address is not displayed
- Try filtering the list
- TEST: Observe that the list filters correctly

As mentioned by Nick in comment #69, the checkout button displays even
for requests without a biblio attached (such as chapters). This patch
fixes that.

We only want the ILL circulation functionality to be available if the
appropriate syspref and perm are available, this patch adds those
checks.
