15356575c2 Fix so that if you edit a borrower from circ, or change a password from circ you are taken back there 
Toolbar needs to be made for members too, its using the same one as circ, which isnt right, will do this next

- adding all dependencies

20055da807 Fixing nomenclature and tmpl_process3.pl bugs 
tmpl_process3.pl still throws some multi-byte warnings
but no markup errors

There are still quite a few places we could normalize
to reduce the size of the translation file

2e3676d7de added inital 'delete' lines, so running 'mysql koha3 < marc21_framework_DEFAULT.sql' doesnt fail if you currently have existing rows in your marc-framework tables (which is likely)
